I live out of town and had a delivery placed for a family member to celebrate their birthday. The family member’s address has been changed and the new address is not updated on Google maps at this time. The delivery driver Casey was sent to the wrong address and when he called me to ask for directions we got him to the right place! Casey was amazing! He was so kind and respectful on the phone and never seemed frustrated at having to drive all the way across town to get to the right place! He deserves a raise! I was on the phone with my family member when he delivered the order and he even said “Happy Birthday!” Thank you Casey for doing such a great job!

What an awesome team the 3 employees running this location on a Friday night was impressive! They had multiple orders that they were preparing as they were flooding in as well!! The 3 of them worked so in sync together and created a great atmosphere while we waited for our order!! The young lady was so positive even if she had endured a small mishap she made light of it. Now I’m still giving 5 stars just for them alone however we did witness the delivery driver come in the door and started handling food with not washing his hands!! That’s a NO NO Tighten Up fella!!! Called multiple times to inquire about a price for a large order (3 times)…. Was hung up on each time. Called back and each time someone picked up the phone and hung up. VERY unprofessional! Especially considering that both Pizza Hut and Papa John’s answered right away and were extremely helpful.

We order from here all the time because there really aren’t many options. I have kids and my husband works, pizza is often the fastest choice.. Always takes too long. Always over priced. Really awful customer service. Do not suggest… but I guess we don’t have many options.

I have had problems with this location in the past and just tried to update my past review but ended up deleting it accidently. I spoke with the store as the owners had requested and placed one more order which I picked up in person. The service was great and the employees all looked happy and were talking to one another and it was clear that things had been addressed since my last order for pick up and I’m thinking delivery is probably the same. This was in stark contrast to the last time I was in the store. The owners have made some changes for the better! Great service and great pizza. I will be ordering again soon!
