5 Stars on customer service alone! Came through drive-thru while they were super busy. Tameysha took my order and still had the patience to list the drink menu for me when they were out of what I usually order. Big smile, very polite, some of the best customer service I’ve gotten anywhere in a long time! It really is the little things that make such a huge difference.

Visited this fast food, chicken restaurant and I was not impressed. The food that we received seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while and was not fresh. This was after having to wait a while to receive it. The service was not good. The interior was closed to the public and there was not proper signage and we were not notified until trying to enter. It is ok but I would go somewhere else instead of this place in the future.

Store was locked up again after opening hours. This happens a lot at the Parker Rd location to. They always seem short staffed as you have to wait awhile to pick up placed orders. The food is delicious but most of the time you have a long wait time. Sometimes it takes awhile to even get waited on.

I ordered an 8 piece family meal. With tax, it was $32.03. There were no breasts included. I had to wait 20 minutes for the meal. Some of the pieces of chicken were not fully breaded. I ordered extra crispy. It’s been a while since I ordered chicken from this location because it’s just been so bad. It was better this time, but definitely over priced due to the lack of breasts and breading. Just like every other fast food restaurant, you can’t really afford to feed your family any more and you never feel like you are getting your money’s worth.

15 minute wait for garbage food. When I brought it to the store manager Clarissa’s attention she tried to tell me it was fresh. It was cold,soggy,and felt like styrofoam,so yeah I’m an idiot who’s never had chicken strips. Extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t care but you will never get a red cent of my money. Done with KFC forever. All of them are terrible
