Literally just came from here, asked for number 8 supreme… they didnt have it said onky cool ranch shells i said fine… got home tacos are not supreme built futher morebthe taco shells taste like cardboard , super old, im not eating my order and def saving the taco so it can be looked at/tested

Don’t go to this place this is the worst KFC/Taco bell in MA not only was I waiting for my food for a good 30 mins, while I try to complain about it one of the mangers were being creepy and started to flirt with me and then proceeded to flirt with an employee I don’t know why a fast food place would condone that behavior. I finally got my food just for them to mess it up, I said no tomatoes and they put tomatoes, I have a tomato allergy. They only focused on drive thru and barely gave the lobby the time of day many people left due to the wait time. and the bathroom was disgusting. I hope this place shuts down in the next year.

I wish I could give you zero stars. Waited 35 minutes for cold food the worst customer service of my life. I can’t tell you the last time I’ve been here and I haven’t waited 30 minutes plus for food. Bunch of headless chickens running around doing absolutely nothing. I don’t even know how it takes 30 minutes to make my food absolutely ridiculous. Thanks for absolutely sucking every time.

We went through the drive-thru, 4 grown and hungry adults. KFC had run out of the chicken style we had requested, but the KFC employee offered us a substitute with an apology.
Of course, we also had the option to wait for the next batch cooking with the full “bring-the-food-outside” service if we had the time. They tried to accommodate us and succeeded. To be fair, it was 8:30 pm and we had ordered 20 pieces of chicken.

I got a 8 piece of chicken for $10.00 on Tuesdays…also a beef burrito supreme for 17bucks! Great value + everything was delicious

I am picking up for door dash and waited for over 20 minutes and the employees are taking care of everyone in the window and leaving the people who are dining in waiting long waiting periods. It looked like the white guy working with all the girls was running the show. He shouldn’t be. The drive thru was not that busy and had a lobby full of people waiting. I don’t like to do these reviews but this service was horrible.
