Came into the restaurant and I was instantly impressed with the level of service as their Assistant General Manager was on shift and greeted my loved ones and I. He also made several recommendations as we ordered newer products they were offering for the summer. I greatly enjoyed my food and coming in.

Waited 23 minutes for some cold old food. Food was absolutely gross. I dont ever complain but this was so bad I had to warn people. Atleast on the night shift. Paid 47 dollars and waited 23 minutes is absolutely horrendous.

Worst experience I have ever had at an Arby’s. Curly fries were rock hard they looked like they were cooked twice( we had five orders). All orders were the same. Cashier was not friendly at all, almost as we were bothing her. Will not get my business ever again!

Super clean store, the food is always fresh and great quality, and the staff and service is amazing. It’s the best Arby’s location in Eastern Ky. Breakfast is amazing as well. The girl that usually makes the food on the line always gives the best quality food I’ve had when I come here haven’t had any issues with hard biscuits or croissants or cold products when she makes my food. Even though she is only making the food and not able to ring me up if I am waiting for the cashier to come and get me she will stop what she’s doing and talk to me and ask me what I’m getting so she can go ahead and get what I’m wanting ready and won’t have to wait too much longer. I love this place and the atmosphere

There service is quick and awesome .I ate there 2 days in a roll but my 2 visit went bad I have a bad tooth to start with which made my 2 visit worse because they gave me a large order of crinkle fries and I’ll just tell u . I COULD OF BROKE A WINDOW OUT OF S CAR BECAUSE THEY WERE SO HARD .I COULDN’T EAT THEM .NOT ONE FRY WAS EATABLE .I END UP HAVING A TOOTH ACHE ALL NIGHT.
