No hot and ready, 30 minute wait time with no other customers, and the “extra most bestest” had almost no cheese or pepperoni. Literally the worst Lil Caesars I’ve ever been to in every way. You’re best to avoid it.

Went in first to get a cheese pizza and it looked like it had been sitting for hours and so I settled for pepperoni. Leave and realize when I get to the park to eat and the thing is not even cut! Where is the mind if people ? So I had to use a darn fork…..

I am here now, I arrived at 6:55 pm. It is currently 7:30 pm and I am waiting on crazy puffs. One of the cooks has taken two 5 minute breaks since I arrived. There is a full crowd of people in the store. I have had to leave out a number of times because it’s so smoky inside the store. The employees do not seem to be happy at the store. There is a young lady who showed her face to take one order and then went into hiding with a Chick-fil-A bag. As I write now it is 7:34 pm. At 7:36 if I have not received, what seems to be simple, crazy puffs, I will be requesting my money back. Not sure who is in charge of this store but there does not seem to be anyone taking charge for the lack of timeliness. This was a horrible experience.

I can’t really rate the food- never made it that far. I stood here for about 3 minutes watching the two employees play on their phones. I said hello, and neither of them even looked up. Just walked out. Unbelievable.

I rarely go to this location despite that it’s close to my house. Over the last two to four months I’ve been driving to the Madison location. The staff is okay. I’ve walked in several times throughout the day, ranging from 4 to 9 pm, and have consistently waited 20 to 30 minutes a pepperoni pizza. In addition to the long wait the person behind the counter has asked for a tip every time I’ve come in.
