It was amazing at burger King . There wasn’t any long queue, outside environment was decent, covid protocols in place and made easy to observe them. Worker/ associates were professional. Decently dressed. Food is served in a take away bag, no trays, which I believe is because of covid 19. The food was Okay. I do not eat burgers king and fast food in general, so I can’t really tell how good or bad it was, yet it was good in general.

It’s a nice escape from the dining facility; there’s nothing wrong with the food, but it’s just the American thing to buy a nice fast food burger with some fries. Tho, if you are serving, make sure you are following the rules and regulations as it is still within a military base.

Food is alright. Not sure why people forget this is fast food place overall, but Donovan was super helpful and friendly. I was simply exhausted from the day, but Donovan definitively made my day by being helpful and friendly. Recommend any promotion or raise!

As I was placing my order, one of the staff members asked the lady taking my order to do her a favor…the lady taking my order then walked away without saying a word. I walked away too…brought my business to McDonald’s off post where they have better customer service.
This happened on Monday, 02OCT17 at approximately 1258hrs. I hope management sees this and disciplines the crew that was on duty. This is not the first time I’ve had poor customer service from Fort Lee Burger King.

I ordered the special, two whoppers for $6 and a 10 piece chicken nugget. Although the speediness was good the food was not. The bread on the burgers were hard as two day old pizza, the nuggets were cold, COLD!! This was the last time!!

I haven’t been around a BK for years due to where I live. I decided it would be a great place to try again. The was no line, and when I got my food back the chicken was cold as if it had been cooked 2 hours prior. I will never try BK again. Absolutely horrible food quality.

Having not eaten a whopper in several years, it was really good. We don’t eat out but maybe several times a year and we prefer to cook our meals but I must say that Burger King really did it right with the Reg Wopper and the French Fries were served hot. Truly amazing.

Same food as you would expect from any other Burger King, but the customer service is horrible. Couple weeks ago my food was pretty much thrown at me. Today when I got to the last window for my food, as soon as it opened:
Employee: “Receipt.”
Customer: “Receipt?”
Employee: “Give me your receipt.”
Customer: “I have no idea where I put it.”
Employee: *leaves window for 5 minutes, returns holding a bag out the window, and says nothing*
Customer: “Thanks…”
*Window shuts. End scene*
