My sandwiches were so dry and the meat was cooked to much. Also I’ve noticed that at this location the burgers for the roman burger are much flatter then other locations. I don’t want to eat a dry overcooked sandwich it’s supposed to be just right. I visited this location a couple days before and went back and it was horrible. I wish my food could get remade or something because very dry!

Bland tasteless food. I got chicken Philly, cheese burger and loaded tater tots. The bread was doughy, not baked. The only thing in the chicken Philly was chicken onion and mushrooms, neither it nor the cheeseburger looked or tasted appetizing. Then the two napkins they give us feels like sandpaper. customer experience. Three plus times this location has failed to meed the standards of other Mr. Hero locations…. Go to mentor or even 156th just not 185th

Sadly after being home for 8 months I can no longer recommend this Mr. Hero location. It’s sevice is absolutely horrible, their staff is not customer service friendly. While the brand is amazing unfortunately this location does not meet the Mr. Hero customer experience expected.

To whom it may concern, me personally will not be eating here anymore, the sandwiches are put together messy, Romenburgers has no taste and the bread is cooked hard I guess it depends on who is doing the cooking also, the young men don’t seem to be clean to me they’re wearing no gloves just very unsanitary to me not a clean place….

It’s been 34 years since I last had a Roman Burger. I stopped at this location because it was highly recommended. The establishment appeared to be clean and well maintained. I placed my order and I didn’t have to wait too long considering there was just one employee on the premises, and there was an order ahead of me. The burger was just as I remembered. It was delicious!
