My experience here should be the rule instead of the exception.

The team greeted me coming in the door, it felt warm and sincere and not simply “something they have to do”.

Checkout was no different, Kenneth assisted me, made eye contact throughout the transaction, took his time, got things right, gave my total and offered a receipt. Best of all, the team member thanked ME!

Same when my order was ready, Andrea at the end of the counter wrapped my cup, handed it to me, thabked me and wished me a good day!!!

Fantastic start to a long day of work travel. Thank you!

Horrible service, they appear unable to handle 3 customers. A sandwich takes 45 min when ordered in advance online. The staff didn’t seem to know anything or how to serve customers. Something you should think about when they report that an order has been done and is ready on the app…..It hasn’t actually been done at all. To keep their numbers low for tracking purposes, they falsely report that the orders have been completed and are ready for pickup when they have never even been started.
Really appreciate the lack of effort that they put in to service in the holiday season. Doesn’t seem like a smart idea from a marketing standpoint since you’ve already had a drop in customers. Significant decline

One of the better Starbucks I have been to however no the best, it was a pretty good establishment however. They weren’t the happiest of employees. They were pretty distressed looking and looked like there was a lot of tension in them. My food and drink was good and was pretty fast but I still had to wait about 2 minutes to get everyone. Overall I would go back if that was the only one in my area but I have other better ones.

As a busy individual, being able to place my order ahead of time and have it prepared promptly is incredibly convenient. I appreciate how my drink is consistently ready on time, allowing me to seamlessly continue with my day without any delays.

Furthermore, the attention to detail in preparing my order is remarkable. Each drink is crafted with care, resulting in the perfect balance of flavors every time. I am obsessed with the Mango Dragon fruit with lemonade and when I order from this location I can always count on it to be delicious.

When you have to work on the road, there’s nothing better than a Starbucks to kill a few hours. Staff was super friendly. Food was great, coffee was perfect. Even the music selection was perfect (and not too loud). And for once I didn’t need my sweater!

Starbucks locations without drive thru are a thing of the past. This locale survives and yet without the frantic requirements of the drive thru traffic, 4 baristas couldn’t get away from their conversations to make my order. Blah. This is why 7Brew and others are able to disrupt the coffee market.

I’m always impressed by the Starbucks location managed by Paige, who leads an outstanding team that makes every visit a pleasure. Her staff is friendly and efficient, creating a welcoming atmosphere. What I love most is the new machines that let me customize my order, like getting a half-caff coffee just the way I like it. With great leadership, excellent service, and innovative options, this Starbucks keeps me coming back for more.
