I recently visited this Burger King and had a very unhappy experience. The menu item I chose was a combo meal for $6.80. The employee asked me if I wanted the meal in medium or large. I asked for medium. She then told me that the total for my meal was nine dollars and change. When I asked why there would be a three dollar difference she said it was because I upsized the meal.
I understand there would be a charge for an upsize. The problem I have is she didn’t say would you like to upsize to a medium or a large? When I ordered the meal she simply said “do you want it in medium or large?” Not indicating that the cost of the meal on the sign was for The size

Says they’re open till 2:00 a.m., but I arrived around 12:15 a.m. I understand that it is late, but if the place is open till 2:00 a.m. it should be open till 2:00 a.m!!!
I arrived in the Drive-Thru and no answer, two cars in the parking lot indicates that there is workers in the building. I move past the drive-thru to the windows and I see people working, so I go around the drive-thru again and no answer at this time. At this point there’s somebody else in the other drive-thru Lane as well. If a place is open till 2:00 a.m. it should be open till 2:00 a.m. and people in the Drive-Thru should be answered. They were not interested in helping us at all and this receiving this one star review because a place of business should always be open at the times they are stated. No matter what time, it is. A 12:00 am should be fulfilled no matter what, especially if the place of business is opened at 2:00 a.m.
I wanted Burger King after not having it for so long but because they’re not answering the drive-thru and do not care to answer any orders coming through the drive-thru. Thus putting me in the position to go to Taco Bell or Popeyes. Y’all lost the customer and that’s your fault. You guys need to do better at servicing your customers at all times that you guys are operated on. Regardless of the time of day or night, customers through the drive-thru need to be handled. You guys chose this position, you guys chose this job so please if you’re open till 2:00 a.m. then please service to people who come through your drive-thru late at night

I normally do the drive through but when I do go in it’s super clean and the crew members are nicer than most of the managers but aomw of the managers are nice too. For the most part they do a great job and they don’t mess up the order.

I do not recommend this place at all. They’ll tell you everything that you wanted to order and not having in stock. I do not recommend this Burger King at all. Burger King has gone down over the years and I recommend this location to be shut down too

Went inside today and waited at the front counter to get my order taken. There was an employee sweeping and instead of coming to take my order they just sat there. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for my order to be taken. I will never order from this place again unless the one guy is working. Don’t know his name but I believe he is a manager, white guy who cares about his job unlike everyone else.

If you’re hungry and you want food like it’s fast food, avoid this location. Never ever have I had I placed an online order and have to wait 45 minutes for that order. They did nothing for me, there wasn’t any apologies there wasn’t any here while you wait try this while you wait. When I got to the restaurant three people were ordering their food, two to go and the last had sat down to eat. They waited for their food for a while also. But they received their food long before me because when I finally received my food they were done eating and had their trash already thrown away standing up and ready to walk out. It wasn’t busy at the time either the time was from 1:10 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. you would be better off going to the Wendy’s next door or to the Burger King that’s down the street about 10 minutes away. I had got a lemonade with my order and that wasn’t even filled to the top you think while I was waiting I would have been able to drink that drink and then four more drinks and still had to wait for my food happy hour at a bar would have been better. I only ate the food I ate one star because this location needs to have the lowest score that I can give. If anybody thinks that waiting 50 minutes to get your food at Burger King is reasonable time to wait you can thumbs down this review. But for everybody else no need to review this place, just avoid going to this place.
