Ordered takeout before a day full of skiing! These noodles were a life saver! Absolutely incredible portion, and they tasted great! Also would heavily recommend delivery since they pump it out fast!

Quiet when we got there.
PLEASANT and welcome surprise to find they had dim sum!
Soup dumplings were amazing!
We had a couple pork dishes whose were tasty, and the Chow Fun.

I go to lunch here once a week or so, the Thai curry is always great, everything else I’ve had there has been very good as well, the service is always great, and it’s literally one of the only affordable places in the entire town, this place should be rated six stars.

I can’t think of anywhere else in town that you can feed two people with drinks appetizer and a dish for less than 50 bucks consistently. Not if you want something decent and you want to sit down, that includes the tip

May Palace, a haven for authentic Chinese cuisine, has been my go-to place for the past five years. Their food consistently delivers on quality, offering a delightful experience without the greasy or microwaved mess. It’s a fantastic, healthy option for my husband and me.

The flavors are authentic, from Dim Sum to Singapore Noodles. The service is always warm and friendly, making it a pleasant dining experience. I highly recommend checking out their lunch specials, vegetarian options, and Sunday buffet.

Thank you, May Palace team, for making my dining experience so enjoyable each time!

We have been twice in the last 2 months and have no complaints. Service is attentive and friendly. Food is fresh and has good flavor. They are understanding and willing to make reasonable modifications to your order. Added bonus, their background music is not overpowering!

Good food and service.
We went there at 3:30 after a long hike. The lunch (11:30-4:00) menu has everything we wanted. We ordered Kong Pao Shrimp and Thai coconut curry with shrimp.
I really like the Thai curry as it was creamy and healthy with a lot of veggies.
Overall the ingredients are fresh and tasty.

This is hands down the worst Chinese food that I’ve ever had. The beef lo mein resembles cat food. It is soggy & has zero taste. The general Taos chicken is soggy & gross. Horrible. Don’t be tempted.

Classic American Chinese food joint that has some pan-Asian fare.

We got and would recommend the vegetable tofu soup, szechuan beef (spicy!) and the mushu vegetables.

They still use tablecloths and real napkins, and rice comes with every entree.

If you’re expecting the most authentic Chinese cuisine, I think you’ll be disappointed.

But, if you know what you’re getting into, the portions are good, the food fresh and not overly salted, and the prices reasonable, especially for a place like Vail.

My husband and I have dined at May Palace in the past. We decided to stay in and order delivery from May Palace last night. The Wonton soup contained a few shrimp. They were inedible. The consistency was literally mush. We thought we’d pick out the shrimp and eat the rest. However, the shrimp had been so offensive we just couldn’t get ourselves to eat it. Our main course was shrimp with walnuts. It was beautifully presented. The shrimp were much larger than the ones in the soup. We were hopeful they’d be better. One bite convinced us they were the exact same mush as those in the soup. The entire meal was consumed by our garbage disposal. We called the restaurant to explain our disappointment in receiving an inedible dinner. The manager told us the shrimp were very fresh. He gave us a credit for the soup, but not the shrimp with walnuts. We found this to be an unacceptable conclusion. We told the establishment we intended to tell the concierge at The Arrabelle (where we have a home) not to ever recommend May Palace. They clearly did not care. Do not dine there.

I stopped into Vail for a couple days for business, and wanted something close to my hotel so I didn’t have to drive in the snow. The gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was very pleasant, and I was very impressed with their website and easy navigation to order. Ordered both the Mongolian beef and the kung pao chicken plus the spring rolls. Picked up my food, and brought it back to my hotel. It was packaged well which is always a good sign. Both dishes were absolutely delicious! Fresh ingredients and great flavor! I’m pleased that I stumbled upon this great restaurant! Highly recommend to anyone picky about their Chinese food!
