I have been here 4-5 times since they opened, including their opening day (a couple months ago). I’ve always ordered on the app and my order usually contains several modifications, which they have not messed up once.
The first day the wait was long but that was expected and forgiven cause I know everyone was excited to try the new place out. Every order since the food has been ready within ten minutes of the pickup time and the order has always been correct.
Great tasting food and there are deals on the app! Much better meat to bread ratio than local Subway for sure.

We were there a couple of days after they opened the store. It was packed and had to wait for a little bit the food was delicious. So happy to have it this close to home!

Very crowded because it is still new. Highly recommend ordering through the app and picking up. Food was very good and fresh. Placed an order before leaving the house, waited in the parking lot a few minutes, and was in and out with food in 5 minutes.

We ordered lunch at Firehouse subs in Madisonville TN. Our original order was not the best. The French Dip Sub was lacking about 1/3 of the meat it should of had and it was cold, they also forgot the hot Onion Dip Au Jus soup in the order. I called them to let them know and they took our information and said to stop in again when able and they would make the order correctly and free. They were not joking, the new French Dip Sub had plenty of hot roast beef and they made sure we had the hot Au Jus dip this time. Thank you for making a bad order right and being so nice about it without the hassle. We love Firehouse Subs and even if it’s more expensive than other sandwich shops it’s worth the money.

A: when I eat here the food is cold because of a machine they just don’t want to replace. B: they haven’t consistently received Uber orders SINCE THEYVE OPENED and this is also on the not too important to figure out list. Cause hey the customer pays for an order we don’t have to waste time or ingredients for why change that? It’s like free money

I would not go here again. My food is messed up every time I go here. The last time I ordered online an hour in advanced for pickup and had to wait 20 more minutes once arriving for my order. When I tried to inquire about how long the lady at the register HELEN was extremely rude.
