Had issues with Hardee’s when they were located where captain d’s is and now in the new location as well. How hard is it to do a sandwich with only ketchup and mustard?? Especially when I had to tell the lady that took the order 3 times. Plus it was even on the receipt. Don’t think this one will last long either if people keep having issues. Guess from now on’s I’m going to have to check my stuff before I even move. So, sorry to whoever winds up behind me if I go back because I’m going to check my order before I move so that way my order isn’t wrong.

So they open a new Hardee’s in Claxton ga,after shutting down old a few years ago.I went there the first day it opened.( MAY 14-2025)It was OK. Food was good. Service was OK. They did forget to put cheese on one of my HAM biscuit.So I was not driving all the way back from where I live 20 minutes away to just get cheese. So I went back today, which is the next day, after they open. well, the same exact thing happened and I brought it to the attention of the cashier at the window. I explained to her I did not get the cheese the day before. And I was missing the cheese on my ham biscuit this time. So she closed the window came back and said,that,it will be $.53. I thought to myself! Are you kidding me?!After they missed the cheese day before??? I explained to them what happened the previous day.It’s the principal, they could have said.. well we’re sorry about not having cheese on your visit the day before,and we will not charge today.But no obviously $.53 is gonna close the place down if they did not charge me!It’s just wrong!… Well, even after that, I continue to check my bag and I was missing a bowl gravy. So I look back up at the window and this black guy came to the window and opened window fast like he was disgusted. I told him.. no bowl gravy?So he just turned around and shut the window in my face. Came back to the window, handing my bowl of gravy to me,and then started apologizing, because he knew that he had upset me! ( COULD TELL IT PISSED ME OFF!)This is why the first HARDEES closed down in Claxton because of people like this. If Chick-fil-A can hire decent people! Then you would think Hardee’s would do the same thing. I’m not sure who this gentleman was, but obviously doesn’t need to be working at fast food where things can happen sometimes. And I’m just appalled that they charged me $.53 for something that they didn’t put on my biscuit the day before. I won’t be returning to this place!
You guys need to hire people that wanna be there and I want to treat people with decency!Exactly why I quit going to the McDonald’s across the street. What a shame. Seems to be the world we are living in today.!

Placed a order in drive-through. Waited in line before I get into the window for 15 minutes, once I got to the window I notice workers laughing and chatting with customers who were in the inside and delivering orders to them. Once employee came to the window to collect my money after waiting 15 minutes I asked her was the order ready because I did not wish to wait another 15 minutes. She became abrupt and rudely stating that they are behind and am I going to pay for the order or not.I decided not to because I don’t have to pay for bad customer service. I said no and goodbye. I drove down the street to the Burger King and got quick and polite customer service.

This location was really good when they opened, but things have gone downhill pretty quickly. Several times our order was wrong or items were missing entirely. The last time my wife went the food was so burned you couldn’t even chew it. We love Hardee’s and had high hopes for this location as it’s close to our house but I’d rather go to McDonald’s at this point. I will try and give them another chance soon.

There was only 3 people working during lunch hour. The dining area was dirty. The floors had straw paper and food and dirt. Tables was dirty. I had to ask for a rag to clean my table. Food took 10 minutes..yes I timed it. I was told 5 minutes. Other than that, The food was good.

30 min wait in drive thru. cold sourdough bread on Frisco burger 1/2 toasted 1/2 plain . Paid 20.32 for 2 combos. Was suppose to have gotten onions rings and paid the upgrade and received hot fries instead. Then we noticed the grade of the store. 🙁

Ordered 2 hot ham and cheese meals and 2 burger meals. Took 20 min and I was one of only 2 customers in line, no cars in parking lot. Was told by male worker that I needed to call and give the code word ‘grab bag” if I was going to place such a big order, as there were only 2 workers there. Second time this has pappened to me. I used to go there almost every morning but will not go again.
