Shoutout the valentines team working! Table after table came in after us, and the server was hosting, making drinks- putting in all the work to make everyone’s experience was splendid. Had to be 15 tables at one point!
You could tell the kitchen put love into every dish, eventually they even bussed food to help out. Great atmosphere, and side note: most luxurious waste towels in the bathrooms I’ve ever felt in a restaurant!

Came here today for the first time. I had ordered a lemonchello spritz! Our gal did an amazing job making it. I only needed 1 . Pizza was amazing. We both got the Pesto, Pistacchio e Mortadella but I subbed Prosciutto for the mortadella. The honey on it took it up a notch. Was sooo good. Also got the focaccia bread and warm olives. The bread was amazing. the young hostess was a great lovely young girl. Hard working. Our waitress was just as wonderful with a great smile always! We will be back!

I need to take a moment to shine a light on their cocktail menu – easily the best hand-crafted in Vernon. The bartender/owner meticulously prepares each drink like he’s preparing a masterpiece- in a way he kinda is – I’m never disappointed. My new favourite? Fico Amaro – yum!

The food was delicious. Everyone enjoyed everything. Excellent service, staff were very kind. We could watch them make our pizzas fresh and you could definitely taste the quality. So excited to go back and bring different family members lol

Nice restaurant setting featuring a beautiful Italian wood-fired oven that adds to the authentic atmosphere. The service was friendly and welcoming. The pizza itself had a great crust with excellent flavour and texture, though I felt it was a bit light on toppings for the price. While slightly expensive for what you get, I’d still recommend this place for its quality pizzas, pleasant ambiance, and overall enjoyable dining experience.

My 2.5-year-old, freshly recharged after a big nap, came in jumping around — and the hostess immediately matched his vibe, bouncing toward him and playing along. I didn’t catch her name, but she had my heart in that moment!
Every staff member who helped us was equally friendly and pleasant.
The restaurant itself was absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing, and the staff truly out of this world.

12 out of 10 experience! Finally a pizza place in Vernon that makes you feel like you’re in Italy. Our waitress Celine was well versed with the wine selection and has an exceptional knowledge of what would pair well together. The restaurant was quite open yet had a cosy dim lit feel, Perfect for a first date or an anniversary dinner. Top picks would be the Burrata, Carpaccio, Pesca Pancetta Pizza, Proscitto Pizza, Tiramisu and the Lemon Tart. I would recommend everyone to give their tastebuds a trip to Italy.

One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Vernon in a long time. Alex, the owner, is doing an amazing job at Masiero. Between the incredible wood fired, Neapolitan style pizza, delicious dessert and cocktails, the amazing staff and warm and welcoming setting, this is my favorite place for an unforgettable evening. I can’t recommend Masiero enough!
