I normally don’t leave reviews but this was crazy.. Paid over $30 for two subs with NO meat on them, quite literally one thin layer of meat. Had I noticed while they were making it I would have stopped them, but didn’t open the bags until we got home. I had to look through my sandwich to find the barely noticeable 1 slice of salami – I basically had a hot lettuce sandwich. I would like a refund ASAP, this was a waste of money. I haven’t had this experience at other Jersey Mikes but will likely just stick to Subway if this isn’t made right. *edit to response: I did reach out directly and gave my name and number and was told I would get a call back from a manager about receiving a refund, but have not gotten a call.

I paid $20 for this ham and salami sandwich and they put one layer of meat on it. I reached out to customer support and never heard back. I had to go to Kroger after I got home and saw this to buy lunch meat to make it a sandwich. Will not go back to this location

Great subs and good service. The app is great for ordering carry-out, but the rewards program is just okay. It takes a long time to earn anything.
Seems like they’re often out of salt & vinegar chips. I ordered on the app recently, and they were out of the chips, so instead of substituting another type or taking them off the ticket, they just put no chips. Definitely should stop doing that… otherwise, service has always been good.

Great people, and decent food for the money. The Philly Cheesesteak was the litmus test. Not a bad sandwich for a chain, and at that price. I would eat it again. But if you are hungry and need something on the quicks, go there. It is a very nice place because the people are nice. Also PLEASE BRING IN BOLOGNA SANDWICHES!!!! You have Katz’s right across the river. Work something out with them! Thanks, lol

If you are celiac, then I would avoid this place and go To the Fort Mitchell location. Their employees seem to not understand that when you touch bread, and then you touch the tomatoes or other vegetables in a bin full of them, that contaminates the entire bin with gluten.

I really do hate to leave a negative review, because I do normally like Jersey Mikes but this location the past few times has really not been the best. It was my birthday today and I got a coupon from Jersey Mikes email club for a free regular sub and a 16oz drink. For some reason their machine wouldn’t read the code, they went to get a manager who asked me to put in my number, which I then did and we had some technological issues again. So it seems like something is off with their systems. I was not offered any other way to redeem the coupon. I have attached a screenshot below, as proof I really did have a coupon, but just disappointed that there was no solution offered. In this economy every penny counts.

Ordered ahead online. I arrived about 15 minutes later. Food wasn’t ready. Waited an additional 15 minutes. Saw several people get their orders before me, people who were in line and people who came to pick up. When I asked the 2nd time where my order was, it still had not begun to be prepared, that’s when a worker hurriedly made it. Needs to hire more professional workers and implement a better system for online orders.
