I got the oldest nastiest looking fries tonight, they were hard as a brick. The young man at the front window appeared stressed out as he stated he was handling a lot of job responsibilities (taking orders and cooking food). I typically have no issues here, but the food was overly greasy and the fries were hard like bricks. We didn’t even eat, just threw it all in the trash after waiting in like for 15 minutes.

Every time I’ve been here, the food is always hot, fresh and curbside pickup is crazy fast! Inside the cleanliness is obvious as it is fairly new and well cared for. Employees shave always been quite pleasant to me on every visit too!

The staff is amazing, very kind and respectful. Communication with each other was family oriented. The cashier was very genuine, and the window staff member was on top of the order. The wait was less than a minute. Food came out 100%. My doggos are satisfied with the nuggets. Merry Christmas ❄️

Five stars across the board because this visit was unintentionally unforgettable. The food was exactly what you expect from McDonald’s—hot, fast, and hitting the spot. Service, however, truly stole the show. My guy at the drive-thru window greeted me not just with my order, but with a mouth absolutely packed with chocolate, proudly on full display before handing over my food. I’ve never seen such commitment. Chocolate clinging to every crevice of his mouth like it was fighting for its life. Honestly? It made my entire day. I only wish he’d shared. Atmosphere was immaculate—who needs ambiance when you’ve got front-row seats to a cocoa-covered masterpiece?

The chicken nuggets were really good. The spicy chicken sandwich had a little too much sauce so it made the whole thing pretty messy but good flavor. The fries were the same ylu get at any McDonald’s- a bit salty but crisp. Pretty good lunch for the price.

I took the kids and we decided to eat there instead of taking out the food- so, I forgot my wallet and did not realized until next morning- went there and the manager responsibly asked me several questions to confirm my identity and then handed me my wallet- she was super helpful and kind. The young lady that brought the food to our table was really nice and respectful as well- I think they have very good staff currently and it is worth stopping by! Thank you!

I bet my burger would have been great if I had been able to eat more than half. I am running between jobs and can’t sit down to eat. Don’t ask for extra ketchup because the entire sandwich will be coated inside and out…. lol

Employee literally took food out her mouth with her hands. Threw it in the trash and continued fixing fries! Disgusting! I whispered to her that I witnessed what she did and I kindly requested a refund and left. She never said a word just proceeded to give me a refund.

We are really satisfied with the service here at McDonald’s. Tiana is an excellent manager. there are so many other McDonald’s restaurant could take her advice. She’s very kind and sweet. She looks around for anything and everything that’s out of place and she corrects it. We only come to this McDonald’s in Elkhorn because of this reason and because of people like Tiana.
