I love the food but the customer service is awful! I got there 6:50pm they don’t close til 7:30pm and I waited at the drive thru and no one came to the window so I parked my car and got off and they got bothered because they just mopped the floors understandable but then after paying $90 I ask if I can use the restroom and they said no because they just cleaned it! Really? After I spend $90 and gave you tip you don’t let me use the restroom! Just awful!

The food tastes homemade and you can see them preparing everything for you. It’s pretty empty and there isn’t really an atmosphere. Wish they would clean the tables after customers a bit, but other than that it seems clean just slow. The chicharron and picadillo ones are a little greasy but still tasted good.

Very bad customer service. The employees are not attentive to their customers. I literally waited 30 minutes to get my food and that’s because I was waiting inside the building since I ordered to go. I thought that maybe they were extremely busy but they actually forgot that I even existed. I finally stood up and asked them where was my order and they couldn’t tell me what happened. Very disappointed in this place. They didn’t even say I’m sorry or offer something free for the inconvenience. I even tipped them when I paid and they didn’t even provide good customer service lol. Never going there again.

This was one of the worst experiences ive ever experienced at a restaurant. The gorditas were little and two of them were for $8!!! They took about 20 minutes doing my order because instead of doing their work, they were to busy laughing and i dont know if they even spit on the food. Dont recommend, please save ur money!!
