Sbarro, founded in Brooklyn, offers the Original XL New York-style pizza. Our dough is made fresh by hand every day, and we shred 100% whole-milk mozzarella cheese at our locations. We also use San Marzano-style tomato sauce. Each slice is baked to perfection, providing that authentic, foldable New York bite you won’t find anywhere else. Whether you’re craving pizza, stromboli, or pasta, Sbarro uses real ingredients and delivers genuine New York flavor for any occasion.

Food was actually good and seemed fresher than others have posted about. Lady behind the counter was super nice (even tho it looked like she has been the only worker there for the last 3 months and you chained her in the back somewhere. She’s probably lucky if she’s getting paid more than $10/hr). But the place was absolutely a disaster… Part of the reason the Malls are closing so fast anymore… I’d give 1 star, but I feel so bad for how the worker is probably being screwed and how nice she was to us, it I gave her 5 stars and the store 1 star so 3star average (and I’m being generous on the 1 star for the store)

Pizza was old and nasty. The back of the restaurant looked like it w had never been cleaned. Dry Pizza sauce all over the counter where they prepare food, black nasty floors and dirt all around sink. Dirt and pizza sauce all over sink and behind trash can. Nastiest area I’ve ever seen. I wish I looked by the sink and at the floor before ordering. They were also out of 4 of the types of fountain drinks.

First time I’ve ever felt the need to leave a negative review in my life. Employee with the blonde man bun was extremely rude and after I ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza he grabbed 2 that looked like they’d been sitting out for hours and reheated 6 times already, with completely dried out and hardened sauce, and cracking, solidified cheese, and threw it in the oven for a minute or so. After I told him 5 times to please remove the drink from the order and price (which I had already specified I did not want by any means repeatedly despite his objections multiple times), I got my cool pizza with a completely black bottom and when I tried to fold it, it was so hard and burnt that it didn’t bend or fold, it broke and cracked. I took a bite anyway but that was the first and last bite I could stomach of that. Spent $11 for one bite of pizza that immediately went in the trash. I’m wary of ANY Sbarro’s after this first-time experience with the brand/company, but it’s absolutely the last time I’d ever even consider it at this location. I let everything else go prior up until I looked at the excuse for food I was served and tried to eat. I wish I would’ve taken a picture of it before I threw it out, words can’t even describe how embarrassing the service and food was for the $11 I spent to try it. Very disappointed, I hope all locations aren’t like this!

Worst experience I have ever had. The lady was super rude. Since the beginning, she asked us what we wanted and that we should make it quick because they we’re literally closed. It was 2 pmThey had a lot of pizza out. I get that she may have been short staffed, but that gives her no right to be rude. Then she tried to give me a slice of pizza that was so soggy, she couldn’t even put it on the plate. I asked her if she could put it in the oven for longer, and again responded so rudely. I couldn’t deal with it so I just asked for a refund. Sbarro, you need to do better with hiring your employees.

The pizza was junk. The bottom was extremely burnt and was inedible. The employee who took care of me was polite however the gentleman in the back came out of the back looked high and extremely dirty as if he has not taken a shower or washed his clothes in weeks. Not exactly what you want to see if you are trusting the place making you food

We tried to get a piece of pizza. They’re supposed to open at noon. It was well after noon. The guy working said, “just one minute”…so we waited, that’s fine, no issue. We waited 15 min and just needed a slice of the cheese pizza. It was ready. I just asked for a slice of that for my son. Some other VERY RUDE woman said, “he told you 15 minutes, we aren’t even open.” Seems like from previous reviews this woman’s attitude is a constant issue. Maybe you should do something about that instead of losing business because of someone who is not meant for customer service.

PLEASE READ- My wife and I typically love Sbarro. We were so excited to see this place back at the Florence Mall after being gone so long. After our experience with the employees, we WILL NOT BE RETURNING! We got there at 7:30pm and the place closes at 8. We asked for a whole pizza and we’re told we cannot have a whole pizza that it was too late. Ok, whatever. So we asked what pizza they had left. They pulled out two freshly-made whole pizzas. We asked if we could just purchase one of those and we were promptly denied after the employee asked the manager. They said we would have to pay for each slice individually. Ok. Fine. We got 4 individual slices. They put them in the oven for a few minutes to freshen them up. While being heated up, the employee was cleaning the prep tables with a sanitized rag in a bucket of cleaner. When they went to retrieve our food, they did not wash or sanitize before getting our food. I asked them if they would please wash their hands before getting our food, only to be given a terrible scowl and attitude- IF LOOKS COULD KILL. If we hadn’t already paid, we would have just walked away. The employee returned with washed hands and put gloves on to serve our food. Gloves should have been worn the entire time. It is unacceptable in the food industry to handle cleaner and then handle food without sanitizing or washing hands LET ANONE IN A PANDEMIC! Worst customer service I have ever had and we will not be returning.

My son and myself came to this location for some lunch. They were still setting up so the guy said “give me a min and I’ll get your order” 20 mins later I ask for a slice of cheese that just come out of the oven. His co worker informed us it will be another 15 mins. When I told her he said that 20 mins ago she got very rude and angry for literally repeating what her employee had said to me. Highly unprofessional attitude with customers, she shouldn’t be in the restaurant business if she can’t control her emotions when dealing with the public. I’d suggest going anywhere but this location. Ever.

The food is great, about as good as I remember it. I did have an issue with what I had paid for the food. We got two strombolis, a large pasta bowl, and four breadsticks and that was over 25 dollars. It didn’t help that yesterday at 12:30 pm when I went there the employee that took my order was extremely rude. I had told her I wanted two pepperonis and she started throwing pizza slices in the boxes. I was like I’m sorry I meant the pepperoni strombolis. With a huge sigh and slamming the pizza slices back on the tray she then angrily wrapped up the Stromboli’s……
