food taste great , service and customer service doesn’t match it. me and my wife order regularly through uber and today we felt like ordering a large instead of a medium , when the order was revived it was noticeably no different than a medium size and when i called the store to ask about it john showed no concern or empathy, if you’re going to only have two sizes on the menu at least make a difference in portion sizes. to me it seems like they can get away with price gouging and portions makes sense why there’s only two sizes for the pho. good food but definitely need to work on their customer service and portions through uber.

My husband went here the other night thinking he would get a decent size portion of food considering the prices but what he got instead was an inconsistent lack of food that we were very disappointed in. The reviews showed various customers who dined in who were moderately satisfied, with the portions and the quality. But shouldn’t they reguarly make all their dishes equally regardless wether it’s dine in or take out. And to top it off, the meat tasted quite dry if it weren’t for the sauce.

A delicious soup. portions are lovely (medium size). Flavours were very nice as well as fragrant. Freshly made. Initially I planned to dine in but needed to change to take out. Not a problem for them to accommodate. I will return.

Great place for pho and other Vietnamese dishes. Food is phenomenally fresh and a lot of care is put into making sure it tastes authentic. Although not in the Somerset core, this place has to be one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the city. Always friendly staff willing to answer questions and make lovely recommendations. Highly recommend this place, you will be so impressed and not disappointed.

I took my wife for her birthday, and we were blown away. My wife loves peanut sauce. Their peanut sauce is amazing. We have tried many pho places and this one is by far one of the best. They actually have squid in their sea food. Lots of places removed that from their sea food pho. It comes with free tea. If you love pho or want to try something new check out pho Vietnam.

My first time ordering from here and I wanted to like it so badly since this is the closest Vietnamese restaurant to my house, but I was incredibly disappointed. I ordered the vermicelli with beef and spring rolls. It came with two spring rolls, both miniature sized. The beef was mediocre in terms of flavour but the biggest disappointment has to be the portion size. I don’t eat much in general, but I was still starving after I finished this. I have no idea how this could possibly feed any grown adult. For $18 after tax this was a complete rip off. Will not be returning.

I told the guy, he apologized but didn’t seem to care. I didn’t like it and didn’t finish it and he didn’t take it off my bill.
They hardly give you any food compared to the Vietnam restaurants on Somerset street. Only one cup of rice per main dish lol I’m never going back.
As Gordon Ramsey would say, they have stopped caring about their customers.

Came here to pick up some pho to go. The cute guy was little unwelcoming, but other than that, I found the place to be very cosy. The restrooms are kept quite tidy. The food was great, too. I will definitely consider coming here again.
