A bright, minimalist cheerful bistro atmosphere welcomes you. Servers are proper, low key, helpful and cordial.
We went at an odd hour, it was quiet and empty save for the couple of couples at their intimate tables.
Ribeye was delicious, had to be with all that I trimmed fat. Comes plated thinly sliced, to share. Pumpkin creamy rice was a bit runny but maybe because I was expecting a kind of a risotto. It was tasty, but I did have strange aftertaste though not unpleasant.
Rymarkable, the Basque cheesecake and the piece du resistance. Delicious.
It’s a nice place to get away has a reduced offering but where are you going? Where are you going? My personal businesses pop an extensive wine menu, a perfectly intimate spot in North Miami.

Welcomed and seated right away even without reservations. Dinner for 2. We had a bottle of red wine. All the wines are Spanish. Steak tartare was amazing. Foie gras was creamy. Pumpkin rice was yummy. Duck cooked to perfection. Even the espresso was frothy and rich. The final touch: Basque cheesecake was next level.

Small, welcoming place with good food and neighborhood bistro vibe. The soup with crawfish was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it. Pasta with blue crab was good but a bit too al dente. Scallops with basil oil were fresh and tasty. The food was served, as it was ready, which made me finish the meal sooner than I intended.

Intimate, delicious, and full of wow-factor. That’s the best way to describe my first experience here. The food was so good I didn’t want to stop eating or exploring the menu. We ordered the mushroom croquettes (a must!), foie gras pâté (also a must-it’s special), steak tartare, blue crab pasta (delicious but a little too spicy for me), grouper (yum!), and the Basque cheesesteak (a must!!! Wow). Having been to San Sebastián, this meal transported me right back there. Truly memorable and absolutely delicious, this spot is now on my must-go back list.

I came to Edan Bistro because of the hype and the desire to try food from the basque region of Spain. I’ll start with what I liked about my experience, my wife and I were immediately seated and the servers constantly filled our water and came around to check that everything was good. Service 5/5. The atmosphere was nice it was like sitting in someone’s kitchen in their home. The food however was honestly very underwhelming. We got the dry aged steak, the mushroom croquetas, and the octopus. None of the items really stood out until the basque cheesecake which is honestly 10/10. Truth be told I was disappointed with the taste of the food.

Excellent food and friendly service. The mushroom croquetas are delicious. The ribeye was perfectly cooked and the homemade basque cheesecake was excellent.

The cheesecake was excellent, rich, smooth, and full of flavor. As you can see in the photo, an image is worth a thousand words. The burger was also very tasty and cooked well. Both dishes were worth ordering.

Small place, went in with no reservation with my wife and hardly got a spot at the little bar during a busy Wednesday. Got taken care of by someone who I would assume owns the place, and all of the staff seemed like they were in a family in a good way. Food was incredible, great regional execution, can definitely tell the French and Spanish influence. Definitely a spot for a high quality meal even if you don’t know what you’re getting into. Almost left without the Basque cheesecake but they talked me into it and may have been the best desert I have had. Made me think about taking a full one back to Chicago!

This restaurant is easily one of the best I’ve tried this year. The Basque-style Spanish dishes are unique and thoughtfully prepared, showcasing the chef’s dedication to perfecting every detail. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and each dish bursts with flavor.
The gazpacho is refreshing with a nice hint of acidity, and the croquettes are perfectly crispy without being too salty or greasy. Both the steak and fish entrees were cooked to perfection—tender, flavorful, and highlighting top-quality ingredients.
Service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and efficient. Our order was taken and served in a very timely manner.
The Basque cheesecake, while good, wasn’t the highlight for me. It was a bit too cold and lacked the creamy richness I prefer, but it was still a satisfying finish.
Overall, this spot delivers fantastic food, great service, and an excellent dining experience. Highly recommend!

Great spot for a solo lunch! High quality ingredients and service. 18% auto gratuity, and I believe the 8% tax was also added to the gratuity portion…
