Dirty place, rude staff, and they’ve messed up my order more than once. The food quality has dropped a lot too.Then they blocked off the cooking area where you used to watch them cook, which feels shady. The rewards card is the only decent thing left.

This review is about customer service and accountability, not the food.
We placed an order totaling $44. My wife ordered a red velvet cake, but the cashier, Hassan, failed to put the item in the bag. Hassan personally called my wife twice the same day to acknowledge the mistake and let her know the item was missed.
The following day, I came in to retrieve the cake that was already paid for. Instead of resolving the issue, the male staff member questioned me repeatedly—asking for my phone number multiple times, asking what time I came in, and deflecting responsibility by saying Hassan was “off today.”
That response is unacceptable. Whether the employee is working that day or not is irrelevant. The business took the money, acknowledged the error, and failed to correct it.
No replacement. No refund. No accountability.
From a customer standpoint, this is basic business: if you forget an item, you make it right. Arguing with a paying customer instead of verifying internally is a breakdown in service and leadership.
Bottom line: Mistakes happen. Refusing to fix them after acknowledging them is the problem.

Guy at counter lied and said 1 sauce for 10 wings I went to another America’s best they gave me 3. It’s all about principle and business if I spend $30 one sauce for 10 wings is insane… if I order 5 wings I ask how many sauce..the answer I get 1 sauce so why would 10 wings still be 1 sauce an really charge my card 50 cents that’s probably more a lost to them than me . I won’t be back an this is only location I seen empty at night over 20 minutes now I see why no one wants to come there an on top all that wings were burnt and hair was cooked in my chicken not on top in it i couldn’t even get the hair out.
