not a dairy queen anymore it’s a bells bbq the ice cream is mid just get a soft serve don’t get mint not worth it. the food is decent but there are better spots like… mcdonald’s right next to it…

Experiencing a closure of any business is sad especially for those who loved coming to this place. I am not sure when this dairy queen closed but when I came to get ice cream one night, as usual, it was an entire construction site. Who knows what this is going to be next, but I was quite surprised to see it under- construction. I rated this a 1 star because it does not exist. If this dairy queen was still open, a 5 star review would have been given.
Edit (1/21/24): This place is now a BBQ place called “Bells Breakaway. This place does sell ice cream, but now I will need to find a replacement DQ for my family. Edit (2/9/24): I came to see this place for myself and saw the new place. It did have a drive-thru and tried it. It was good but still, I now need to find a replacement DQ.

I have been here about a dozen times. Majority of the time it is a good experience. Quick and friendly service. There were a few times our order wasn’t correct, but they fixed it quickly. I think it may have been because the person was new. They also have a seating area outside that has a fence around it. This lets the kids walk around and not have to be careful of cars. They have a drive thru, which is a nice perk. That also has fast service.

Came here and saw a very long line but decided to wait it out. The line moved very fast even with a few customers placing larger orders. Service was friendly and not stressed about the high volume of customers. They even made a helpful suggestion to just change chocolate syrup for hot fudge (which I wanted to add) in my m&m blizzard rather than charging me extra and giving me a syrupy mess

Stay far away from this place!!!! If I could give it zero stars I would! Not only will you wait in the drive through line forever despite how many cars are in front of you, but the staff couldn’t be more incompetent if they tried!!! The order taker had no idea what pecans were despite trying to explain it to her so I had to change my order. I ordered a blizzard with 3 separate ingredients (which I know is extra charge). They accepted my order and charged me extra for the 2 additional toppings. Then they only put 1 of the toppings in my blizzard…complete rip off. On top of that, not only did they put the hot food and ice cream in the same bag, but they put a chili cheese dog in the bag on it’s end so that all of the toppings ran off and leaked into the bag. Last, they never even gave me the receipt. And this was all during the same interaction there!!! I have tried this place a few times hoping it will get better but every single time is worse than the last!!! Save your money that they will steal from you anyway, go to Ritas!!!!!

It was an ok experience. Young man taking order was very nice but he took the money and made the dessert. Never put on gloves, general sanitation is one thing, but being in a pandemic cleanliness should be next level. In addition, they must have made part of our order first and allowed it to sit while they waited on others and made orders. My blizzard was more of a melted milkshake. Complete disappointment honestly . Need some real grown people working there, not a whole staff of young adults.

Most of the time I get a Blizzard from this Dairy Queen they have failed to mix the toppings all the way through. I often find the bottom half of my Blizzard is just ice cream. I’ve gotten a Royal Blizzard from them twice and both times they did not add the fudge core. If you get a regular Blizzard and finish mixing the toppings yourself it’s better than driving to the next closest Dairy Queen. Plus they do have a drive through which is convenient. They have no indoor seating though, just outside seating if you were planning on eating your treat there.

Love coming to this DQ location because it’s close to my house. Extremely disappointed a few months ago when it went to Drive Thru Only, then window and Drive Thru and now back to Drive Thru Only! The line is very slow, yet I see 3-4 employees inside. Why is it Drive Thru Only when there clearly are enough people working inside to take orders from the windows?

Horrible. Waited in drive thru for rush job. Blizzards were half full looked asight and my bag got handed to me like i was just going to leave no i checked my order and a woman comes to window asking if everything was ok smh no im like why the icecream look like this? She stated the way the machine pours. But as she saying this she closing window same time. It was a slop job my banana split slop the only thing right was bag of dilly bars its packed outside n in drive thru at least give people their money worth. And they need to take dairy queen off that building if its a franchise because they are destroying the name presentation sloppy and service worser
