The employees were friendly and helpful!
We ordered two kids meals that came with a free cone and 3 regular menu items. The cost was one you would expect of a fast food joint and they made everything quickly and to order.

The food is great but I’m writing the review because of the cashier that works there that took my order has the best attitude I have ever seen in my life he is the most friendly, cheerful, positive attitude ever one of those people that makes the world a better place his name is William.

Extremely disappointed in our food tonight. Over $30 just to get a burnt hamburger bun, tater tots and fries that were soggy, and chicken strips that were “minis”. It’s sad because we usually have a good experience at zips, but this is second time we have gotten under cooked fries and small chicken strips.

Our family of seven ordered a variety of meals and we all received excellent food and service. The fries were hot and fresh. The chicken strips were made to order. All of the burgers tasted great. The location is just a block or so out of downtown CDA, and has some onsite parking. If you’re looking for a simple burger option for you or your family, you should certainly check out this location.

The worst experience I will never eat here again!!! All it is a teenage hang out place and they allow teenagers to use nasty language the whole time they eating there in there business and some of them don’t buy food, they don’t eat food just aloud to hang out and buy anything to eat use and nasty language!!!

Never did try the food. Got our money back and left. Was here during car d lane car show. They had the bathrooms open, then suddenly blocked them off and was told to just wash our hands in a nearby outhouse. We just paid 30 dollars for overpriced food to begin with. I understand crowds of people, but when you are a paying customer you should be allowed to use your bathroom. Terrible customer service.

Zips is a little pricey, but their milkshakes are top-notch! The “Wrangler” that I ordered was kind of dry and I don’t much care for those wavy fries. This particular location only had only one cashier running during the height of the lunch-hour so it took about 7-8 minutes from walking in the door to finally placing my order. If you’re in Coeur D’Alene for the lake, this location is close by and offers a wide selection of burgers, chicken, snacks. I highly recommend getting a milkshake here!

They just know how to cook, I can’t even explain it, the fries, burgers, mozzarella sticks, everything always taste good. It’s one of my favorite Zips in the area. The people who have been working there for the past year have just been really great!
