I never have a problem at this duncan. And they have the best cups for sale at the window. They never put too much ice they never mess up my drink I am patient because I know it takes time to make people’s drinks so yes sometimes the line is long. It is worth it because a bunch of other Dunkin Donuts in York are run in a different way and they make you drinks with not enough syrup and they put so much ice you’re getting ripped off or they don’t have napkins or they’ve been out of a product for weeks but this Duncan is the best Duncan ever

My boyfriend and I came this Sunday for our morning coffee and as expected it was absolutely slammed line around the building onto the street. We decided to go in where we found a door dasher disrespecting the staff multiple times making ridiculous and unnecessary comments. I give credit to the staff as they stayed respectful and got the job done.

This morning’s Dunkin run was a circus! Behind the counter were 6-7 young associates who displayed chaos. During our 30 minute eat-in experience, we heard the F bomb and other cursing 5+ times, one associate fell and hit their head…laying on the floor in pain while the others simply looked on, then one associate kept flying from the drive up window to the bathroom while loudly chastising the others for various reasons…we assumed she was the person in charge.
There were no common courtesies extended to customers…thank you, have a good day. The kicker of our visit was at checkout. Customers are being short changed by management by no longer dispersing pennies in change. There was no signage warning of this procedure.

My friend went through the drive-through and ordered one cream fill glazed doughnut and two blueberry cake donuts. Much to my dismay, I gnawed through more than half of my block of dough, anticipating the sweet creamy deliciousness that would await my tongue; which never came to fruition. I called and spoke to a lovely associate about this dilemma. I asked her why there was no cream, and she explained to me that they were not filled yet. I said (while chuckling) why would you sell me a freaking doughnut without the cream center. And then she said that I was cussing at her because I said freaking. I replied with some colorful expletives while she tried to argue with me and then hung up on her. I was mortified because she was throwing an attitude at me when I called to ask what the problem was with the cream filled glazed donut. If you don’t like your job, don’t work there.

We come here once in a while, and every time, we always have a great experience! The workers are friendly, they greeted us, and our orders came very quickly. This is also a very clean and beautiful Dunkin’, and it’s very cozy inside.

The drive thru line was ridiculous! I went inside and it was like a freezer in there. Guess that’s why everyone is in the drive thru! About 7 workers standing around talking and cursing. Not a good environment.

This specific Dunkin’ Donuts is probably my new favorite. The staff is amazing and has never had an attitude or rude behaviors towards me. When I walked inside, I noticed some workers tidying up the place which shows they want a clean atmosphere for customers. I had a minor issue with my drink once, but I didn’t mention it because it wasn’t a super big deal. Another issue I have is when I’m trying to walk inside about an hour before closing and their doors are locked. There isn’t any dining hours listed and I think it would be helpful to me and many others if there would be a schedule for that.
