We enjoyed what we ate. The prices of the 2 plates were reasonable which we appreciated. Frappe and cappuccino was a bit costly .

(I was thinking why you haven’t received much reviews,could it be that people mistake here as Taf because that’s what is at your left side of your entrance door ? Because it confused me a bit too while I was trying to leave a review. But then, I saw on the right side of the door “ La capo” which is your name and not Taf.)

Editing my review to answer to the restaurant’s comment, this is not a scam, but a customer who visited the place on June 15th. The one star rating for food and service is due to the following: The service was too slow and there were no other clients in the restaurant. The crepe did not have a good taste and when the waitress asked and we told her that it was a bit sour, she replied that it was whole grain and this is why the taste was like that. We were not satisfied by the food and service and we wanted to share our experience.

Excellent service, very warm bar in the heart of Athens. Thomas (the owner) reminds me of these old style barmen , that know exactly how to connect on a human level with their clients.
I went for a drink yesterday at midnight and we ended up talking with Thomas (the owner) until 3 am.
Excellent variety of drinks. The place is absolutely recommended for work during the day as well.
Very nice decoration , adds a lot to the cozy atmosphere.

Great place with very nice ambience to enjoy your coffee which tastes very good even for Athenian standards that are high when it comes to coffee. Try their Freddo espresso / cappuccino, the Crêpes are very tasteful the prices are on point and the service is fast and polite. Recommended!

The service was too slow… we waited for our dishes for almost one hour without any other clients… The food was cold and different from the pictures of the catalogue and we didn’t receive any respect from the waitress and we were not satisfied by anything in your restaurant. So your service overall is a scam and not my review.
