Every time I order a pizza here there are fewer toppings and less cheese. I got a Big New. Yorker, it has 22 pieces of pepperoni on a 16 inch pizza! I spoke to the manager last time I ordered and he acted like all I wanted was a free pizza. I don’t need or want free pizza! I just wanted a decent pizza!

Wow! This was one of the best Pizza Hut experiences. Most Pizza Huts are closed in our region so we found this location a treat down the street from our hotel. Customer service was exceptional with shift manager, Todd waiting on us. He was very happy person singing and really enjoying his job with such a positive attitude. Kudos to Todd. We ordered the deep dish meat lovers pizza – so yummy! Service was quick and restaurant very clean.

Was robbed of 100$ from this pizza hut. Back on 10/25, i put in an order for a wedding i was having for 10 pizzas. When we went to pick it up, they told us that someone had already picked up this order. Well i dont see how thats possible unless this random person knew my full name and everything. They must not check or confirm peoples names. Anyway spoke with them and talked to the manager. After 2 hours of waiting to hear back, they offered to make the pizzas again(which i appreciate) but by then we had already fed the groomsmen and bridesmaids(mcdonalds smh). So i was just requesting a refund at that point. Anyway the manager said he promised they would “look into how this happened”. Never heard back. Over a month later so heres this review. Beware if you put in a large order, go wait in person or something.

My husband ordered nine pizzas as back up for our wedding guests. The order was over $100 dollars and we paid online. When he went to pick up the order, the staff told him that an older woman already came and picked up the pizzas. What kind of verification is this location using when customers come into pick up orders? You’re telling me, someone knew my husbands name, or phone number or order number to be able to pick up the pizzas? We’ve had some challenging experiences with this location in the past, but this takes the cake. He was told that the staff would look into this, and we never heard back. That was all on October 25th.

Hadn’t had Pizza Hut in a few years, I didn’t realize that you had to order cheese as a topping to have it cover the entire pizza even with the supreme and meat lovers there were places of only crust and a little sauce..for the price the entire pizza should have a layer of cheese..I think Little Ceasars pizzas have more cheeses coverage for way cheaper so it could have been much better even if I had to pay extra i would have willingly . Note to self.

Came in with the family at 11:05am for the buffet to see no pizzas laid out ready to be served. That’s fine, they just opened and we understood. We waited until 11:20am for the pizzas came out, while eating a server knew a family who was rather loud and kept encouraging them to just be louder. He hummed a ‘baby-shark’ tune over and over as he passed by our table. It caught my eye that he was only serving the family he knew. The younger girl that worked the register sat new customers and even took their drink order while the male worker walked around and hummed the ‘baby-shark’ tune. I witness him giving the family a pizza ‘to-go’ box so they can get whatever from the buffet and take it home. I don’t believe that’s allowed but whatever. One person in the family that the guy knew was rudely loud and compared athlete foot/foot fungus to Parmesan cheese that was in the shaker at the table. That’s what did it for my family and I. We didn’t even eat until we were full only two plates in and we wanted to leave. We didn’t want to hear that nasty talk while eating. I made sure to tip the woman and not the man. I hope she didn’t split the tip with him or anyone else.
The table we were seated at was super sticky, the pepper flake and Parmesan cheese shakers were very greasy. Pizza was pretty good, hot and fresh. Environment wasn’t cool

Well, this was a bit of a pleasant surprise for us. We grew up going to Pizza Hut. For a time, it had become not as good as some of our local offerings of pizza. However, we started with a small order of chicken wings; this led to their calzones, followed by their pizzas. We are happy that they’ve gotten back to their roots. So many well established restaurants tend to stagnate or use frozen ingredients. You can tell they’re doing it right. They updated their dining room, and they have fast and friendly service.
