We ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza and it was amazing! The dough was soft and perfectly cooked, not soggy at all (which I was a little worried about after reading some other reviews).
They were very generous with the toppings, but not so much that everything was falling off the slice.
Flavor-wise, it had the perfect amount of spice, and you could actually taste the cheese. Which I can’t say about some other places.
We usually get our Buffalo chicken pizza from Genoa’s in downtown, but after the pizza we received today, we’re happy to skip the drive and order from Pizza Palermo instead!

Well, the toppings tasted good with a spoon. Kind of watery. Couldn’t pick it up or hold a slice because the whole bottom was so wet and slimy, like they literally soaked it in a sink of water or something. Or, they didn’t cook it all the way. I paid for a cup of sauce on the side, it was so cold, straight from the cooler. I’m in a hotel with no microwave, so there went my money in the garbage. If you don’t serve the sauce on the pizza cold, why would you serve the sauce cup literally ice cold? Delivery fee and all. Wasted. Food isn’t cheap people. This had the potential to be a really great pizza! The homemade ranch was warm though!Sadly, don’t order the deluxe, they put so much on it it’s not edible…unless you have a spoon ready. Pizza places should know this. Do you specialize in pizzas or soups?

We have ordered online many times and haven’t had a problem. I am lactose-intolerant and alway get my pizzas with cheddar cheese only. Tonight, when I ordered online, the ordering system gave me the option of one cheese, so I chose cheddar. Paid nearly $30 for a medium deluxe plus delivery fee. The order was 45 minutes late. When I opened the box, the pizza clearly had mozzarella on it. I called the restaurant and spoke with a woman who told me that she can’t deliver another pizza and the next time I order, be sure to mark in the comment section “cheddar only.” She spoke heavily accented English so I was having difficulty discerning what she was saying. I asked her if they would send me another pizza with only cheddar and no mozzarella. She said she would have to charge me, but would discount my next order. I was confused and asked her to repeat. She put me on hold and got back to me and said she would send out another pizza and would not charge me. It would take 45 minutes. About 10 minutes later she called me back to tell me that I would be charged 50% of the cost of the pizza plus another delivery fee. Again, I wasn’t sure that’s what she was saying due to her accent. She put her manager in the phone who told me that the pizza comes with mozzarella and that I added cheddar, so the pizza had both. Again, I explained that I was not given the opportunity to delete the mozzarella totally and I didn’t comment “cheddar only” in the comment because I thought it was redundant since I was given the choice of only one cheese, which was cheddar. She said that was not true and that it was my fault the order was incorrect. She said she would give me a new pizza at 50% off plus a delivery fee. I told her that was unsatisfactory and we will not be ordering again. Guess we’ll be going to Veltres which is literally right across the street from me.

This place has always been phenomenal. I lived here 6 years ago and the quality is the same. Top 5 in my all time pizza favorites, and I lived in 9 different states and traveled to nearly all of them. Pizza, wings and subs are great. Some of the non-pizza related items can be hit or miss. My brother is moving from the area but I would definitely drive out of my way to visit Palermo’s. Staff have been more than friendly since I started visiting here back in 2015.

I have been a customer for years, easily a decade or more. That loyalty meant nothing today.
While waiting at the register for my online order, I watched multiple breadsticks fall off a tray coming out of the oven and land directly on the floor. A woman working there picked them up off the floor, put them into a box with other breadsticks, covered them in butter and seasoning, and handed that box to me with my pizzas.
When I refused to take the breadsticks and called it out, the man at the register argued with me and claimed they did not fall and that they were thrown away. That is a flat out lie. I watched the entire incident happen and watched exactly where those breadsticks went.
If they are willing to serve food off the floor and then lie to a customer about it, you should seriously question what else is happening behind the counter when no one is watching.
We threw the food away and ordered from somewhere else. There is no coming back from this.
Do not order from this place. This is a major food safety violation and Pizza Palermo needs immediate attention from a health inspector. I will never return and I strongly suggest others do the same.

A lot of whiners out there just like to complain. Boo hoo for them. Try owning a pizza shop before you complain next time. It’s not easy work!
Best thing I like about this place is the food always looks good. Lots of places look like junk in a box.

Absolutely loved this place! The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The service was outstanding, especially the blonde girl who helped us. She was so kind, attentive, and had such a great attitude. It really made our experience special. We’ll definitely be back!

Food arrived 45 minutes late, pizza half cold. We have ordered using the app dozens of times before. There’s always been options for cheese, my mom cannot use mozzarella. She’s always been able to change it to cheddar only. This time, all the cheese options were there and mozzarella wasn’t checked so she just did her normal cheddar. She got a pizza with mozzarella, no cheddar. They refuse to send out another one and accused my mom of lying about it. Finally they came to a solution…. Buy another pizza and they’ll take 50% off but pay delivery fees. We cancelled it and will not be buying from there anymore.
