These guys do a fantastic job. A very cozy, warm and welcoming atmosphere is what you’ll find here. Friendly staff, comfortable environment, live music and games on the TV; something for everyone. We hosted a surprise party at Rustic Roots, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Jeannine was amazing to work with — she helped plan the space and set it up beautifully. The venue itself is cozy and charming, with warm string lights that set the perfect vibe.
The entire staff was so attentive and friendly, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Their service truly made the night stress-free and enjoyable for everyone.

Planned and organized a retirement party with Rustic Roots. The owners and staff were nothing but accommodating and made us feel like we were at home. The feedback we received from the guests was extremely positive and everyone was super thankful and pleased with their time. Would definitely recommend to others in the future and will be back. We’ve never been to this establishment, but heard about a duo playing on the patio and we met up with friends. It was the day before my birthday, but our get together wasn’t about that. However, the proprietor did find out and surprised me with a BIRTHDAY cake, and the crowd sang happy birthday. It was all very special and I felt very welcomed.

We went to Rustic Roots for the first time last night to see a friend’s band (No Big Deal)! The service was incredible and very welcoming! Our boneless wings and loaded fries were great!! We can’t wait to go back!

The fried pickles are AMAZING!!!! We love this place. It is everything we want when we are looking to go out and enjoy a few cocktails. Rustic Roots is cozy, welcoming & a 10/10 all around. The staff and owners are very accommodating and welcoming. We love having this gem in Spencerport.
