Got 4 drinks 2 for kids and 2 for adults told them the size and they did not listen at all they charged me for the big drinks and when I told them they’re like we can give you the small ones I was like dude you already charged me and the reason why they did is because they wanted to leave already how to I know cuz that’s the reason they gave me and I was able to hear one of them asking the other why does it look like that what did you put in there they also put strawberries in a drink that has nothing to do with strawberries short version worst Starbucks

We just got the worst drinks! Tastless- 100% do not know how to make their drinks. It is as if they have cups of water that they splash chocolate into- horrible. They need to be retrained, I am shocked. Did not taste them until we drove off, if not, we would have given the drinks back bc we KNOW they would not know how to remake them correctly.

Ordered online for my drink that was supposed to be ready in 4 minutes. My drink came out THIRTY TWO minutes later when there was absolutely nobody in the store. On top of this, Yosi charged my cousin 7 dollars for her four dollar drink. I had two other cousins order online as well and all of their drinks also came out 32 minutes after they were supposed to be ready. The employee, Yosi, sat on her phone and did nothing while we waited for our drinks.

Normally my drinks were good, but today I had a Matcha Tea Latte. It was so strong, bitter. The green color was so dark. Not good. I didn’t realize this until I got home.

When the girls work there, perfect! When the guys do, I dread the trip.. about to just go to sergeant rd from now on… was happy hour, and Thursday and charged me $6 on my $4.80 drink… then charged for my sons that was supposed to be free . Overall worst Starbucks around!
