It was good. The broth was tasty and the tendon was really savory. I was sick for the past few days and this pho along with some chili oil really made me feel better.

The food was good, but everything else was just okay. When your waiter is watching videos loudly without headphones a couple tables over, it really interrupts the meal.

My party ordered tofu spring rolls, veggie broth pho and bun bo hue. Both phos were exceptional – perfectly salted+fatted. BBH had a bright balance of lemongrass and shrimp paste. Wish the spring rolls had more herbs in them (either cilantro mint or basil)

Walked in to grab a bánh mì to-go, very fast and super tasty. BBQ beef was seasoned beautifully, bread was nice and crusty 10/10

I love coming here every time I get the chance. The pho is so full of flavor and the service is really nice. I had the 4. Tai Sach because I like tripe and they did it so well!(The Coffee ain’t bad either!)

UPDATE 08/21/24: Have kept going back frequently. They recently added more stuff and the Gyoza is some of the best I’ve ever had. The rice dish was nice and light as well, the shrimp and egg were done up nicely and the sweetened fish sauce paired really well. Will keep coming back!

Such delicious food, great service, clean and great location for locals! Was able to request peppers on the side and owners were incredibly nice. I’m happy to give to a great restaurant with reasonable prices and mouthwatering food.

Even though the food was good, I didn’t enjoy the atmosphere or the service or the food portions. For starters it seemed that everything was rushed. Its wasn’t that busy but the lady didn’t even greet us, she just asked and said “table for 2? Okay here.” She gave us our menu and left. It wasn’t long till she came back to get our order, not even asking us if we were ready to order, she was just asking what we wanted. Second, I had my baby with me, and in my experience going out to restaurants they usually offer a high chair, or they have high chairs in some corner of the room, but this wasn’t the case here. I didn’t mind that they didn’t ask us if we needed one, but I did mind when I asked for one and the lady never came back with one, so I didn’t know if they had one, they could have just informed me they didn’t have those types of chairs and I would have been okay with it. But just the fact that they didn’t communicate that with me shows their lack of professionalism. Third, im not to mad about it but I just had to mention it. I wanted to order a hot Vietnamese coffee, but the lady asked if I could do the iced one instead, didn’t give me explanation why, just said “no hot” Which was a bit weird, but I understand that English isn’t her native language so she probably couldn’t explain why they couldn’t do hot coffee, maybe the machine was not working so I understand. But the drink was a bit disappointing because they placed alot of ice and not enough of the drink itself. Leading to my next point, the portion of the food. I got a medium veg. Pho and my husband got a med. Shredded chicken pho. Even though it fills you up and taste good, I didn’t like the fact that it was alot more of the broth and noodle than the veggies or protein. My husband only got bits of pieces of the shredded chicken and mine only had a few pieces of broccoli and about 3 thin carrots slices. I know people might be happy with that but im used to getting more protein and veg in my pho at other locations compared to what I got here. Lastly, I really don’t enjoy being in a place where I could here the kitchen staff talking loudly/arguing. I want to be able to enjoy the music they are playing, enjoy the atmosphere. I’m not 100 percent sure they were arguing because I dont know their native language but from the tone of it and the way the ladies that were coming in and out of the kitchen looking a bit stressed made it seem to me they were arguing. I don’t think ill ever go back again.

I ordered bun bo hue and it wasn’t the traditional one that you will get with the blood cubes and pork feet in it. It was just a regular spicy noodle soup with some sliced meats only. I was very disappointed with the ingredients. However, the food comes out very fast, but also the food gets cold pretty fast. I guess they do not cook the noodle with its soup, they may just pre-cook the noodle and add the hot soup? Staffs were very friendly and working efficiently. The restaurant looks very clean and has plenty of seats so there was no waiting time to be seated. I would recommend if you don’t care how delicious the noodle soup is but just want a decent meal with fast serving and not breaking the bank.

First and last time coming here. As soon as I walked in, we were told to just sit at a table without any greeting. I can overlook this knowing how hectic a restaurant can be (Yes, I have experience in the food industry). I’m giving this place a 2 star for the following issues.

First issue: Once we sat down, they asked us “What you want?” We only had a few seconds to look at the menu.

Second issue: Minutes after we placed our order, the people behind us placed their order (they were given time to look at the menu). Even though we place our order first, they were served first. They got the same order we got.

Third issue: They hardly gave me any noodles and chicken for my pho. It is as if they were rationing their the noodles and the chicken. I glanced over at others’ plate, they seem to have excessive amount of chicken and noodles.

Fourth issue: They were inconsistent in bringing out our food. Right when we were wrapping up, they finally brought the ice coffee. We were about to return it because we didn’t get to enjoy the drink with the meal.

Fifth Issue: They hardly gave us any ice coffee. Most of the cup consisted of pure ice.

Six issue: At the cashier, they had the audacity to try to charge us for two ice coffees and ask for a tip. I said aloud “No tip.”

I’ve worked at fast food and restaurants. I know how stressful and tiresome is can be, but I have never treated customers like this. Terrible service and food experience.

You sit down, you order, and you get your soup in about 2 minutes. Speed is the real value proposition here. You can be walking by and need some soup, and be in and out very quickly.

The soup is very good. Come here if you are sick or cold. A bowl of soup will cure you.
