Features was a pleasant surprise for a hotel restaurant, especially the dinner. The menu looked average, yet I ordered for the convenience of staying at the hotel. I decided on wings and a side of fries. I got the Asian sauce and did not disappoint. The sauce reminded me of a sweet teriyaki. The side of fries was more like an additional entree. because the portion size was huge. The restaurant was pretty standard basic hotel vibe, a bit dated and worn. I also had breakfast here and found that to be even better given the selection and options.

Features is the hotel restaurant for the Hilton Downtown. A breakfast buffet is offered in the morning with a few made to order menu items. In the evening they do have a very good menu with a wide selection. This is a great place to grab a drink and hang out while waiting for your evening plans to start.

This place absolutely got me and my family off guard, we didn’t really expect food to be so good. It was getting late and hardly anyone was in there, but we decided to not go out anywhere and just eat at the hotel. After we order, it about maybe 15 or so mins for the food to come out and when it did, man it was great. Burgers and fish sandwiches were great, the pasta we ordered was as good as the ones we ordered at our favorite authentic Italian place. All in all this was a great experience for me and my family.

It was great for a hotel restraunt, but not amazing for the price.
My burger was pretty good, we primarily went here because it was late Sunday night and not much was open.
If you’re looking for somewhere open late, convenient downtown, it’s far from the worst option.

Stopped by before going back to my hotel room for a cocktail and dessert. I had the Malibu bay breeze substitute the rum for tequila. It was a very good drink. Afterwards, I had a lil dessert to top the evening w/. So I ordered the crème brûlée. Unfortunately, the sugar that should had been lightly kissed by a hand torch was more like submerged by it and was completely scorched. With that said, the waitress/ bartender saw and agreed it looked burnt and recognized my disappointment n removed the charge from my final tab. Overall, I’d give it another visit. Everyone has an off kine of day. Not end of the world. Beautiful hotel bar

Ordered a burger medium rare and brocolli. Both were cooked perfectly and tasted great. Key lime cake is amazing! Service was great. Very nice person!
I had breakfast in the morning…Fresh fruit, nuts and yoghurt. Simple fresh ingredients.
Atmosphere… Well, it is in a hotel. Kind of a boring place with TV screens everywhere playing dumb American sports. I suppose somebody cares…probably middle-aged fat bussinessmen with nothing better to do

The food is great, the staff apparently hate life and want to take it out on you as well. Very rude, inattentive and act as if doing their job is somehow your fault. The water I was given was gross and discolored.

Hidden Gem (for us out-of-towners). Went downtown to see a show at the Embassy. Tried to get into another place and they were at full capacity. Googled nearby restaurants and this place came up. Walked right in and sat at the bar. Great food! Excellent service!
