The server that was here at 1pm today was extremely rude, almost felt racist to me just because I didnt speak Spanish. There were other guests she served that had a completely different attitude with because they spoke Spanish. I come here often and for years and majority of the staff is great, but if I ever see this woman at the counter I will turn right around because she is rude to my girlfriend and myself, gets our order wrong today we asked for red salsa chilaquiles and they brought out green, and blames us for her not listening to what we asked for. After refiring the order the cook and her were just extremely loud with he cookware and whatever they were talking about. Food is great but this 1 person at the counter and the cook will make my business gone for good, extremely rude people.
Came back today 2/14/2026, same lady was there, same bad attitude. That cashier helps someone in line and when we were about to order she brings up an old ticket that another customer was so conveniently waiting to pay. Said im waiting for the other customer to pay, rudely. I loved coming here, to the owner, I’ve been coming here for years and would love to discuss with you on how your hospitality within the restaurant drops tremendously when there is a non Spanish speaking guest.

Loved coming here for YEARS until they hired this worker… if anyone else is working I’ll happily go in but her attitude is so disrespectful.
The first couple of interactions she started to give attitude right of the bat when she noticed we didn’t speak Spanish, she would asked me about my order in Spanish first, roll her eyes then say it in English..

My husband has been coming to this restaurant since it first opened, and through the years the food quality and service has become terrible. We recently went there a week ago, and the experience was terrible they upcharged everything including jalapeños when it clearly gives you the indication on the pictures that the jalapeños are included with that meal. The cashier taking the order did not know what he was doing, we repeated multiple times how we wanted our food and the order was still wrong. My California burrito was absolutely trash, dry and no flavor. My husbands sopes were burnt and not edible, the rice and beans were bland. My husband and I were definitely disappointed in this meal, and a waste of $63. We will not be returning. Photos below are screenshots from the video made, unable to post the video.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The salsas? Absolutely incredible—packed with flavor, just the right amount of heat, and clearly made fresh. Every one I tried was a hit. And the wet burrito? Game-changer. Huge, loaded, and insanely delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. Don Salsa Taqueria has definitely earned a top spot on my go-to list. Highly recommend!

Hands down the best spot. I love coming here for the wet burritos and tacos. Staff is always super friendly and take time in the food prep. Owner is also super accommodating of customers. Atmosphere is always super clean as well. Keep up the amazing work guys!!

I will never come back here. I’ve ordered from here plenty of times and it was always a hit and miss.. some times the food was really good and sometimes it was okay. However, today I placed an order on uber eats for 2 asada, rice and cheese burritos. Both burritos were a joke, 98% rice, literally no meat and a sprinkle of cheese. I tried complaining to uber eats and asked for a remake but they dismissed me with a “$5 credit” (ridiculous). So I called Don Salsas and spoke to Miriam who told me to take back the burritos and they would remake them. I told her I couldn’t go today but I did have the burritos if I can go in the morning but she said she wouldn’t be there tomorrow and I’d have to go today.. it was a real inconvenience but my husband was hangry and at that point I was just trying to get us fed before heading out…so I had to drive 20 mins there to get a remake, however I’m like 3 mins down the road and I get a call from Miriam saying that she talked to her boss and they told her not to remake the burritos and that I had to take it up with Uber eats. I was livid, I let Miriam know it isn’t her fault but that is bad customer service and terrible management. I’ve spent alot of money here over the years..and $30 uber eats order for 2 burritos is already ridiculous enough but to have it made so skimpy with literally no meat is not okay. I am trying to contact uber eats management but their customer service also lacks. Smh. Don Salsas, do better.

I don’t need you to explain how uber eats works, I clearly said that I ordered through uber. I never had an issue paying THEIR fees, except for when the food is not made how it should be. The fact you had to check the camera just shows how greedy you are and lack of customer service on your behalf. I posted a picture of the burrito(under photos, latest) ..3 bites in all rice. I would not make this up lol. You shouldn’t be offended, mistakes happen I just wanted it corrected. But yeah, your reply speaks volumes and I won’t be back.

First time here, nice people, great food. I ordered fish filet with rice and beans, and salad. First of all, the plate looked amazing, good presentation, with a nice fresh garden salad with tomatoes, fresh cucumbers, and avocado slices, the rice and beans very flavorful, and the fish was tasty with the right amount of spices. I definitely come back here

The food is ok. My quesadilla had very little meat and super salty but the other food we ordered was just ok. There’s some elite Mexican spots in Fresno and this one just doesn’t make it. The service was amazing though. Lady was super kind and welcoming. We might try their breakfast next time.
