Olive Roots Mediterranean is a very nice little family owned restaurant located off of Hwy-121 and across the hiway from Nebraska Funiture Mart. Very smart decore with excellent service, delicious authentic Middle-Eastern food, and at good prices that won’t break your wallet! We had the mixed grill with sides and was (capital D)elicious…. And this month they’re serving iftar buffet at your table for a great price. (Call to make a reservation, required.) This is something not to miss!!

So after a day of having fun we decided on this restaurant for a dinner.
The service was perfect. The ambience was great ..the chairs were so comfy…the food was fresh and delicious. We had falafel and a plate of tzatziki…we had a 3 kabob plate with tabbouleh and babba ganoush with kefta and lamb …delicious. my son had the beef shawarma bowl with a ton of beef and rice underneath.
The tabbouleh was so good we ordered a side to go.
Highly recommended place to try.

Highly recommend! Awesome food and Chill Vibe. It’s got a genuinely nice atmosphere, and let me tell you, the seats were very comfortable. First off, our waitress was fantastic (like, above and beyond). She was so friendly and on top of everything without hovering. The food was the real MVP! It was utterly outstanding. We kicked things off with the Hummus and Falafels. The hummus was fresh and perfectly tasty and the falafel were crispy on the outside, fluffy and bursting with herbs on the inside. For the entrée, I went with the Lamb Kabab, it was phenomenal. The lamb was grilled perfectly, so juicy and tender. It came with Grape Leaves which were great and zesty Tabouleh. The wife had crisp and refreshing Greek Salad, very good with a tasty vingerette. Basically, if you want incredible Mediterranean food, awesome service, and a place where you can actually relax and hang out, Olive Roots is it. 10/10, definitely going back!

I decided to visit this place after finding it on Google Maps and seeing its impressive 4.8-star rating. The restaurant was very clean, and the lamb kebab and beef kebab we ordered were absolutely amazing. The lamb was especially tender and literally melted in my mouth. On top of that, the service was excellent. I will definitely be coming back soon.

I can’t say enough good things about this place- the food, the team and the set up. Our wonderful servers Lori & batool were so sweet & helpful. We asked if they did anything for bdays bc it was our daughter’s bday and idk if they normally do anything but they were soo cute, they brought her baklava with a sparkler on it and we got a whole bday song with live drums- just the whole thing was so sweet. Thank you olive roots for a great dinner experience & for making us feel so welcomed. We’ll def be back❤️

Very elegant restaurant. The waitstaff was very nice and extremely helpful in helping us pick out what to eat. We had the chicken shawarma plate. It was well priced for the amount of food we received. The hummus was creamy and delicious and tzatziki was cool and refreshing. The chicken was seasoned well. We also ordered falafel. It was also very good. Crispy on outside, soft in center with the right amount of spices. We will definitely be back!

Food wasn’t bad but not the best. The falafels were crispy and delicious. The pita bread was fresh. However the kabobs and shawarma were average, they were bit dry and lacked flavor. The ambience was good and service was quick.
