We were lucky to get a table for two as most tables were reserved. Service was prompt and attentive. We only had mains (garlic and pepper chicken with jasmine rice and the combination laksa). Both really tasty and plentiful. We had no room for dessert! Would definitely recommending here.

Went to the restaurant for dinner, and even without a booking we were given a table for two.
A lot of Thai furniture and decor in the restaurant which gives it a lovely ambience.
Attentive and prompt service. The Thai food is delicious and well worth going there for a meal.

We got some takeaway from here on our first night in Hervey Bay, over Christmas. The food was good, although the curry puffs were the smallest we have ever seen. Our main course was chicken curry with jasmine rice and it was very good. The quality and quantity of chicken in the container was excellent, but the sauce could have been a bit spicier .

Had no booking – but they gave us a table for 4 in a separate dining area! Was only the two of us. Beautiful carvings and Thai ornaments and decorations everywhere. Solid wood tables – impressive. The food we ordered came rather quickly. It was very tasty, and the portions are large – price also on the upper scale. The serving staff – except the young male taking the order and serving us various times – should take lessons in a Tourism and Hospitality course. Not a smile – nothing – just banged the plates on the table, and that was it. Not once – every time. That was disappointing. Paying the bill – same – not asking – how was your meal, etc.
Oh, maybe we did not spend enough money, $ 80.00. We did not go back the other nights whillst staying in Hervey Bay – plenty of other places to choose from. As I said the food was delicious.

Fast and friendly service, we ordered the net rolls which were crispy and delicious. For mains we ordered tamarind soft shell crab which would have been better if veggies were crunchier, the lettuce it was served on was soggy and unappetising- The honey prawns were good but also could have done with time spent on presentation & accompanied with some papaya salad or similar. The drunken noodles lacked flavour and no trace of Thai basil

1st time trying Thai Diamond & it did not disappoint can’t rate the atmosphere as we had takeout, but the restaurant was authentic in style. We had chicken laska & Pad see ew, so very tasty & full of veggies.

Tranquil dining area furnished with Thai vibes. More than your typical diner so would suit for a special occasion dinner. I especially liked the home made coconut ice cream with jackfruit.

So glad we came in for dinner! Such a unique place with beautiful artworks throughout the venue. Staff were cheerful, went out of their way to make sure all of our orders were correct. Great price for portion size. Were happy to provide takwaway containers for what we couldn’t fit in too. You do have to tell them if you want spicey or not, our meals were a bit hit and miss with this but overall a very enjoyable night!
It is a small venue so I do understand that a screaming child (seen in a previous review) would put people off as it, i wouldn’t recommend dine in for younger families for this reason.. they do have take out
