Annoyed that part of my order has been missed and I do not have a receipt for my purchase. Not really hard to complete an order especially when slow. Please do better. I shouldn’t have to always check to make sure four items or less are in the carry out order.

Was hopeful. Had to pull up to wait for my order. No biggie. Fries were so hot and fresh. The orange blob is a tomato. Literally was mush. The lettuce was also gross. The meat product was dried out. This was a double dave . The small dried out burger was definitely super old. 1st and last time unless I’m stopping for fries and a frosty.

Omg I just had there 1$ sausage biscuit and this is by far the best biscuit sandwich I have ever had… it tops out McDonald’s and anybody else. the biscuit is soft the size is perfect for portion it really is amazing sandwich and I don’t usually eat at Wendy’s but they got me on this one. Y’all need to come and try this sandwich and for a dollar you cannot be there so worth it! happy eating!

horrible service! seems like every time I come here on Wednesday or Thursdaythe workers always make u pull up and make u wait almost 10 minutes for ur food. On top of that, they always put 2 much sauce &i think they’re lazy or don’t care abt there custemers because every time I wait for my food, a worker goes outside to smoke instead of help their team out. NEVER COMING BACK

The food was good, but would love to see whole wheat buns offered as an option for sandwiches.
Tables and chairs could use cleaning and sanitizing. Temperature inside was quite chilly – could be warmer, during the winter. Employees were satisfactorily doing their work, though it would be nice to see even more cheer toward customers. (I get it. I worked fast food when I was young! Still, making the customers feel welcomed goes a long way toward keeping business good. 🙂

Each time I come here it’s a gamble, breakfast is usually made to order and fresh. Everything else you’re gambling, chicken is usually double over-cooked as it’s been sitting out for hours under way too hot heat lamps. The burgers tend to be on the shall-we-say.. Like-warm side of things. If you have the audacity to ask for made to order they scoff and brush you off and you will get borderline burnt food, most employees here seem to have no motivation or care for their work. This whole location needs an overhaul and staffing correction, I drive the extra 10 minutes to the north side because they actually care about the food you eat.
