Ordered a catering order a week in advance, called the store to confirm, got there at the pickup time, and they had just started making the pizzas. Caused us to be late to an event. They even marked the pizza as ready on the app when over half of them weren’t made

don’t bother ordering online from them. request for food to be handed to u. however it never seems to “come through on their end” and tip the delivery driver just for them to leave food outside and not attempt to knock on the door, ring doorbell or anything.

Horrible, from the pizza to the wings to the tater tots, everything was cold when it was delivered. Under cooked, taste very bad and off. Frozen pizza from a grocery store would taste better than what dominoes served us, honestly it was that bad. That same night I got very sick and started to vomit after eating, and I strongly believe it was because of the food, and I rarely get sick from eating food. Corporate needs to get involved and improve this location, and all the other bad reviews can attest to this one! And it is disappointing because this is the closet dominoes location to me, never going back until they improve their food quality.

Worst pizza place. Decided to give Dominos a try ONCE at it was the biggest mistake. Delivered a cold pizza with NO sauce in it 1.5 hours after I ordered. Also paid for additional dipping sauce and they did not deliver it. Never had issues like these with other companies. Seriously, if you can’t make pizza and deliver it to a house 10 minutes away, why are you in the business of making pizza at all?

this location has gone massively down hill. my last experience was horrific, as the driver left my order on the ground, outside of my main building door, despite the main door being left unlocked for them to deliver it to my actual door. did i mention the ground was wet? decided to give them another try today and was also disappointed. made a half and half pizza with EXTRA pep and light jalapeño on one side and chicken/spin/tom on the other half. as you can see the one half is skimped on the peps and the other half was THROWN together. pizza was floppy and toppings falling off. thank god for the prepackaged salads they offer, because that was the only “good” thing about this whole ordeal. not to mention, was quoted 64-74 mins on delivery time, my order arrived close to 90 minutes after i placed it. all i ordered was 1 pizza, 1 salad & 1 two-liter… wow. the delivery driver didn’t even offer an apology. won’t be returning to this location any time soon.

They should ask the Bridgeton Domino’s how much garlic to use on the crust. If they used more like the Bridgeton one it’d be even better. When I called once, they said they couldn’t increase the amount.
