The food is good but the location and food locker pick up hub I didn’t like. I thought this was an actual restaurant but it’s just a lobby with kiosks to order and lockers to get your food. But it’s perfect for uber and dashers picking up food deliveries. 4 stars because I was expecting a restaurant with hibachi cooking tables not a food hub but I guess it makes sense for the location.

The food was great but I really need to know what is this inside of the sauce I found after eating my entire meal. Needless to say it’s all about to come back up. I’m speechless. I ordered one of each sauce which they charge $1.50 for. This was found in what I believe was their “trap sauce”. I definitely need answers

They changed locations to a smaller warehouse type building where you pick your food up out of a locker. The prices went up and the quality went way down. I used to really like their food and trap juice when they were at their old location. This place seems to be really falling off which is unfortunate.

The food was tasty and the wait was around 40 minutes to wait for our meals to come up. It is best to place the order ahead of time. We would have eaten in but it was not set up for that. I was told it was coming soon. Next time I will try the chicken. I had the salmon it was a bit salty, the other meal was salmon and steak. They ate every last piece of the steak so I am guessing it was to his liking.

I was skeptical to try, but decided give it a shot. We were amazed @ food presentation in the combo meals: fried rice , lomein ,salmon, steak and chicken. The drinks are super delicious. I am craving to finish my leftover meals and it’s only 5:42 am as I write this review.

The food was delicious and worth the money spent for it. I suggest ordering maybe 30-40 minutes before picking up simply because the food is made to order. This will definitely avoid frustration waiting on food. The food was not over seasoned and just right.

I ordered the Habachi Salmon with half rice and noodles, and the Trap Drink. The salmon was seasoned and cooked perfectly, the noodles have a little spice to them which I enjoyed, and the rice was probably my least favorite item, the veggies . Trap Drink is good, needed more ice but that’s because I like my beverages really cold. I placed my order to go, they don’t seem to be set up for dine in. Before I placed my ordered I was warned it would take up to 45 minutes to be ready, be prepared to wait or order online. The staff was super friendly.

Nothing at ALL to brag about. I’ll continue to make my own. I wanted vegetables not zucchini/squash with brocolli. The chicken is cut up breast (dry) not much flavor, no ginger, no garlic, no scallion. Very scarce egg & carrot in the rice. The steak was cut into pieces as it’s prepared for a toddler.
THE WAIT!!!! Whoo!!! Kills the business. Stop telling people 30 minutes, when it’s over an hour.
$70 for 3 plates, that weren’t that great. I was excited to see my people doing something & ready to support, but I just can’t.
Notice the great reviews are by ppl who have only posted 1 review= lies.
And yes you will see lot of people coming in & leaving with their food while you’re just waiting 2- 3 time longer than what you were told.

This place never disappoints the good is always flavorful and delicious. The only reason I won’t give them 5 stars is because they don’t always have all of their appetizers available and the execution of their dishes is not always consistent IE: sometime the steak is perfectly cooked sometimes it’s just overdone and rubbery
