The only problem I have with this Location is how they prepare their food. The pizza was okay Could’ve been better prepared. It was too much oil at the bottom, which made it moist and stuck to cardboard also couldn’t taste the flavor as much delivery service was 100% great haven’t been in the atmosphere so I didn’t rate that i’m giving you guys two stars! but my top best location for people who wanna know is Carol Stream they do a way much better job!! Everythings is on point there i’m just being honest still love you guys just put more passion into the food and hire people who are passionate about making food and pizza thanks !

This is the worst Lou Malnati’s location. We always ask for extra sauce – the pizza always comes almost dry. We ask for easy cheese – nope! Tons of cheese. Unfortunately, the next closest location is too far. We love Lou Malnati’s, but this location is terrible.
Also.. I’m pretty sure this location’s policy when you complain is to say they will send you a gift card via email, and then never send it. You have to call and request it again and then magically it’s sent the 2nd time.

I truly enjoy “The Lou”! Unfortunately, they do not have their own delivery drivers, so your food is delivered through DoorDash, which incurs a $6 fee. I prefer to support local, family-owned establishments to contribute to our community.

As always Lou’s is great pizza.
Unfortunately this store cannot provide food that is up to the standards that one expects. They have a pattern of providing disgustingly greasy pizza that is soggy, falls apart, and was just made carelessly.
For whatever reason it’s like they over grease their pans or dump grease straight on to it. I have received orders that are just fine from this and several other stores. Hell I’ve picked up pizza with a longer transport time their delivery time and those pizzas all come out fine.
Only store and only sometimes are they just completely incapable of making a pizza…first 7/2021 and again 10/2021.
Lou’s Team – I’ve already reached out on Twitter and await their response….but clearly the store is poorly ran and cannot maintain a consistent quality. I’m expecting a full and complete refund for this one.
Update – 4/2022. Yet another issue back in February, after several weeks I finally got a voicemail from one of the managers, I called back they apologized and said a coupon would be sent out, but none was ever received. I have no idea how this store is so bad. Corporate should be ashamed.

Update: see pictures. This is what I get when ordering dessert from a pizza place. Poorly defrosted, waterlogged, gummy, disgusting looking, straight in the garage Chocolate Obsession.

Heard great things about this place. Sadly I was disappointed. Ordered delivery and it was 15 minutes late past latest expected time given. As you can guess. Food was cold. Pizza looked sloppy as you can see from the photo. No utensils or napkins. No phone call to advise of being late or even an apology from the delivery driver upon arriving with food. Maybe better service at location possibly?… On a side note gave point for food being of decent quality in taste. It was just cold and late, no communication to that effect. Expectations of service I feel are low as I am not the first one to have this exact experience.

Deep dish is consistently soggy and slides around in the box. Cut or uncut, it doesn’t matter. Gave this place one last shot and never again. The toppings were sliding off and it was clearly not baked well done as asked. Very poor quality for a $50 pizza. What a waste…

We order from here all the time, the pizza is absolutely amazing and is always done on time! We have also had it delivered from time to time and the drivers are very friendly and polite as are the order takers! Absolutely love this pizza, you have to try the deep dish Butter Crust!! Yummy!

Wow. Saw this reviewed on Barstool Sports Pizza Reviews. I was visiting Chicago and had to try it. Definitely worth it. The pizza was amazing. So Cheesy (like 2 feet stretch cheesy) and delicious. I had to have it delivered to my hotel room but it was fine. Came on time and was all good. The box they bring it in is too notch too. I would definitely recommend Lou Malnatis if you haven’t had it or not from around here. I also got a regular salad. My Lord this thing would feed 4 people but was amazing as well.
