First of all, chipotle spent a long time telling everybody portion sizes haven’t changed. The picture below is a 20 dollar burrito. The cup of queso cost 6 bucks and had two ounces in it. Pricing is a problem. But, past the issue of pricing they sent out half the items we ordered without the meat in it. I’ve never seen anything like it. For the money chipotle charges I’ll take my money to a real Mexican restaurant.

I went to get my family dinner and the people working there were unhappy you can tell except for maybe one. She was the one serving my bowl but the rest of them just wanted to get out of there or didn’t even acknowledge we were there. Secondly the meat has gotten horrible. Its all chewy and gummy and fat. Also I found a beef artery in my bowl!!!! Nasty I really would like to get a refund because none of us ate a 1/3 of all our bowls because the taste of the meat was horrible ( but we all no the refund is never going to happen). Chipotle like every other chain restaurant has succumb to becoming cheap with there products and employees. I never leave bad reviews but the fit that my whole family couldn’t eat there dinner is what is missing me off. I wouldn’t care if it was just me. Anyways sorry for ranting its just way overpriced to be so bad.

The Sofritas Bowl was delicious! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a fairly healthy place to eat when you are watching your calories. However, you will need to skip the chips. Yummy, but not lo-cal.

My first time going there. Stopped on the way home from work at 8:30 and had several pans that had burnt and dry meat in them. Not enough to actually serve. Rice was all over the counter and mixed into other pans of food. Very unappetizing. Walked out and bought nothing.

this is absolutely ridiculous. i’ve never had a problem with chipotle but i sure did this time. i placed an online order being in a hurry and it was almost 15$. i got absolutely nothing and it was cold and the worker was rude when i came to pick it up. i didn’t say anything because i had already got to work when i opened it but this is absolutely ridiculous for 15$. id appreciate a refund but probably wont get that. do better please.

i frequent this place often and always receive friendly service but tonight i had the privilege of Maddie making my food and she was the sweetest most helpful down to earth person i’ve come across at this location. hope to see her again when i return 🙂 <3

I purchased this food for someone else. The restaurant had quite a few employees there working and wasn’t busy when I arrived. The prep station was less than desirable. I have never gone to one where the prep area was so nasty looking. The excuse given was it had been busy non stop. One guy was cleaning in the background thoroughly if I might add.

Very good flavorful food here, some say it’s abit expensive 10$ for a burrito but they are large thats all you basically need to eat, I eat alot as well, everything is fresh and house made the chips and queso are also made in house and are very good, will definitely come back.

DosBros is better! i needed to try and see who would have my heart when it comes to burrito bowls, and dosbros won!! more portion sizes the bowl is bigger and the quality is better and the bowl I will originally get will be slightly less than how much I paid for at chipotle!! i’m not bashing the company, but they got competition!!

Food wasn’t that good and had a weird taste to it. Ordered a side of chips and queso for $5 and it came in a small plastic ramekin barely full. Found this very hard, outdoorsy looking leaf in our food. Won’t be getting again.
