One man show, Met Octavio the owner and chatted about TX where we both lived. Watched him prepare everything fresh.
Excellent street tacos, I have both the Pork on the “spit” also called “trompo” as well as Carne Asada.
Well worth the few minute wait, also extra kudos for being open on Christmas eve.
Told me he will eventually add breakfast tacos to the menu and then go full brick and mortar to open a full fledged restaurant.
Super nice man, and excellent food that’s fresh and delivered with pride.

Our tacos were excellent. The ingredients very fresh and abundant. The service fast and friendly. We also appreciated that the food preparation area was very clean. Definitely recommend this unassuming little food truck.

So, to be clear this is a food truck. The guy who runs it was incredibly friendly and the food was delicious. Portions were really nice. Plan on taking it home unless you want to eat at a makeshift table outside the truck. I don’t live in the area, but if I did I frequent this place.

I feel as though I have uncovered a hidden gem. Easily the best Mexican food in Arkadelphia. The ingredients are incredibly fresh and the service is amazing.
