I’ve worked next door for a year and a half and I only now decided to visit Angelina’s. That’s a year and a half too long. My experience here was excellent. Sebastian helped us make all the right choices. He is beyond friendly and seems to know everyone that comes in, making the dining experience very warm and familial. As a New Yorker living in Westport I am always looking for a good pizza. Angelina’s is the best slice around. Perfect crust, delicious sauce, and cheese that pulls apart. You will leave here full! Dinner comes with salad and pasta so plan accordingly. The broccoli rabe was cooked just right on my mother’s pasta. My Eggplant Parmesan had me salivating the moment it arrived to the table. To finish the meal, we each had a canoli that was freshly made so the wrap wasn’t soggy from the filling, wonderful. Thank you Sebastian and thank you Angelina’s for giving a fun and tasty night out with the family, we will be back as soon as we finish our left overs!

We might be biased because we’ve known this restaurant for a long time — my husband used to work there. The food is simply amazing, everything is prepared with great care and love by Beto and Júlio. Although the place is small and not particularly “Instagrammable,” Sebastian’s service more than makes up for it. He is incredibly welcoming and friendly.

i just got home from ordering a “small” pepperoni pizza from this place and safe to say will not be returning. 1) if you want a small pizza order a medium because there small is just a personal pizza. 2) there was no pepperoni. 3) my ride home was about 5 minutes (not joking) wanted to try something new near me, my mistake, in the 5 minutes the cheese decided to slide off the pizza and solidify on the side.oh and the pizza is barely cut. i get why there was no on inside no offense. while the service was fine the food made its way straight to the trash. 20 dollars wasted (which is an insane price for the size and it wasn’t even what i ordered) extremely disappointed

The food here is not good at all. I literally threw the entire meal away for lunch. I’m literally 300lbs. I love food and have never thrown a meal away before. I did. literally threw it straight in the trash and told my co-workers that was the nastiest meal I’ve ever consumed. everyone else shortly agreed. completely utterly disappointed in the quality of food. I mean for god sakes this is Westport. I literally ordered food a week ago, and was like the people need to know about the quality of the food. I came back to warn the people who has not been to this restaurant for food. kindly save your money. please don’t waste your time there. You will probably get sick if you have a salad there. to put things in perspective. I got a salad with grill chicken. They packed the entire salad into a container….mainly stale romaine, and who uses actual large tomatoes for a freaking salad!?!?!?! how about cherry tomatoes if your plan is to pack the container full of romaine… I asked for olives and literally got maybe 2 or 3. THIS WAS NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. NEVER GOING BACK.

Clams orrganato was tasty. Cavatelli with artichokes, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes and shrimp. Very good size portion. Pasta was way overcooked. Try to pick the cavatelli up with a fork and gravity makes part of them break off and fall back into plate. Need to explore al dente. Service (3) should not be sitting in the dining room tables- doing an assortment of work. A stack of 5 or 6 dirty plastic crates were on top of one of the customer dining tables. Servers were friendly & efficient…but set a dress code- wool winter hats and assorted winter jackets are not a clean or good look. It wasn’t cold inside- the pizza ovens had the temp ok. You aren’t a minimized take out pizza joint- you have an incredible, extensive, 2- sided, 5-page full MENU. The pizza dough rolls, warm & with butter, were delicious.

I ordered my food to be ready at 8:30. I arrived a few minutes after that everything was ready, neatly packed and hot all the things we ordered from Pizza Hut and mozzarella sticks and chicken wings. Two entrées were all delicious.

The pasta fajoli was the best I’ve ever had. The linguini with white clam sauce was wonderful. The service was amazing. The portion sizes meant another meal at home tomorrow night. This is my absolute favorite Italian restaurant.
