Extremely friendly staff. It was delicious and the bread was fantastic. Got a Cheesesteak and a Bronx before we headed in to the Park and carried them with us for lunch. Could not recommend this place more.

This place makes great subs, but their marketing and décor desperately need an update. The paintings featuring animals in masks and “stay 6 feet distance” signs feel like they’re stuck in the COVID era, which really dates the place. It gives off a strange, out-of-touch vibe that doesn’t match the quality of their subs. The food is solid, but it’s time for the branding and advertising to catch up with the times — fresh visuals would make the whole experience feel a lot more welcoming and modern. I’d honestly give them 5 stars, but the outdated pandemic-era décor knocks it down a notch. Great subs, just needs a modern vibe to match the quality.

Some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Stopped here before driving out of town. I was shocked how simple yet amazing these subs were. The art is also super fun. Great, happy vibes.

No one in your company can pay attention. I ordered 64 dollars in sandwiches and got that in bread and lettuce. After calling the shop due to the lack of meat on the sandwiches. I was that they were busy and the manager will be calling me back. Being a local I had no issue with patients. But never received a call back. I would like to see my money back as the good that where promised where not completed. Your not just screwing the tourists but the locals too

We walked up and ordered two subs and two salads. We each got a half Midtown sandwich and although expensive, they tasted good. We got the Village and the Central Park salads. The person taking the order was nice. However, if you use a credit card, they ask you up front for a tip before they run it. They don’t give you a receipt, so ask if you want one. I thought that it would be provided in the bag, it wasn’t there… sketchy. Now I have to waste my time double checking my credit card and doing math to make sure they didn’t take advantage of me on my tip amount.

I’ve had a lot of subs in my life, and a lot in very reputable places known for their subs like Connecticut, New York, and New Hampshire, and they were good, memorable even for some, but this place… this place somehow bests every other sub I’ve ever eaten. EASILY the best sub I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. The bread was like two pillows, encapsulating the most cosmically perfect blend of fresh ingredients and flavors. Every bite had me questioning my concept of what I had previously known to be ‘good’ or even ‘great’, as this was an experience I won’t soon forget. Well balanced, the flavors all complementing each other. I don’t think I could replicate something so perfect, even if I had trained for years to make the perfect sub, it wouldn’t come near. Kudos, you guys changed my world.

The bread was amazing. The smell of it hits you the moment you walk through the door. I had a few questions and one being what type of ham was it…as I don’t like boiled ham that some shops serve. One of the guys making the sandwiches was snappy when asked this question. Not necessary for a simple question.
Subs are good. Definitely pricey. But good quality. Cute little place.

We followed our bus driver here to grab a quick snack before heading to the slopes. After looking over the menu, we decided to come back after boarding, when we had a minute, to grab a few sandwich’s. The wife ordered the Cheese Steak and I got the Hot Pastrami. Loaded with Cheese, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, Peppers, and Mayonnaise, the taste was exactly how you’d want it. I can see why this has been a staple for so many years.
The staff was very nice, the place was clean and vibrant.

New York City Sub Shop is a Jackson Hole classic. Big, bold, and packed with flavor—the kind of subs that actually fill you up and make you smile. Fresh bread, quality meats and cheeses, and all the toppings stacked just right. The staff keep things moving quickly even when it’s busy, and the portions are more than fair for the price (a rarity in a resort town!). Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch before hitting the slopes or fueling up after a long hike, this is the spot. Local favorite for good reason.

I haven’t lived in Jackson for about 11 years and I still have culinary fantasies about the Bronx sub I used to get at NY Sub Shop. No other sub I’ve ever had has lived up to it.
I insist you open a location in Sheridan, Wyoming immediately.
Excuse me, I have to go wipe my drooling mouth.
