I got the #1 bahn mi for $8. I was the only customer and I had to wait while the employee chatted with a friend. The bahn mi took a long time to be prepared too.
As for the bahn mi itself…it was very small compared to the bahn mi sold in the other shops at Eden center. The bahn mi didn’t taste all that special either; just your average bahn mi.
Given the price, it’s not worth it to get the bahn mi here.

The platonic ideal of a little hole in the wall sandwich place – they do 5 sandwiches, that’s it, and they’re all good. The #1 is a great classic bahn mi (refreshing!) but the #3 meatball sandwich really comes together with great flavors if you want a hot sandwich.

My mother who is Vietnamese came in for a banh mi thit nguoi. She stated that it was salty and asked if they could remake it. When they brought it out, they basically acted like they wanted to throw it at her. Disrespectful and unprofessional behavior.

When I say this, I say this from the bottom of my heart. I loved the banh mi I got from here. The lady who owns the shop is so sweet. After ordering, I sat there, right outside at the table, eating the enjoyable banh mi. It made me feel so calm and relaxed. It may be taboo for most people to just plop right out there in a strip mall, but for me, it was the best banh mi and experience I have had. Made me feel warm. Cảm ơn cô.

Got a tofu banh mi with no Mayo and it was so good! The gentleman who took our order was so nice and let us know they have beef and chicken flavored tofu. We got ours no Mayo (vegan) on traditional bread and their pickled veggies and fresh cilantro made me such a happy person. I LOVE Eden Center for its variety, vegan and non-vegan alike!
If you’re in the area, definitely stop here for not only a sandwich but so much more. (Also, keep in mind $10 minimum charge for cards!)
