Highly recommended for good food, good drinks, and a relaxed evening!
Went to was in concourse D. We walked up place wasn’t busy we had and hour and 45mins till our flight boarded and it was right next to our gate. We were seated but when we asked for the half booth due to having carry ons he gave us an attitude and said that table was for 4 people not 2. But I seen plenty of others sitting at full booths only 2 people. We sat down he walked away no menu no drink order no instructions… we finally seen on the table there was a thing you scan it was covered by something and we didnt see it at first. We tried to order multiple times and it would not go through we tried to get the waiters attention and was completely ignored 35-40 mins later I finally got it to go through and got his attention and he said it didn’t go through I explained we have been here all this time and we don’t even have drinks you didnt even check to see if we needed help or had an issue… he was fine with all the other tables that spoke Spanish but I guess because my husband is white and we look American we didnt matter.. he finally said he would take our order and then walked about and was like 3 ft from the register in front of us an said oh it did go through….. mind you we are almost there an hour at this point no drinks nothing… so he brings my husband his lemonade finally and when I asked about my water which i paid $6 for (airport prices whatever)and a glass of ice he told me to just grab it off of the table next to us and he would bring me ice so these bottles that are just sitting on random tables I dont know if someone opened it and you just want me to grab it.. then he finally brings our food which was messed up and tasted awful. And the bill with a tip on it another spot to add a tip I can tell you he didnt even deserve what was on there and honestly if we weren’t delayed so much from all the issues I would have spoke to the manager my husband was sick the whole flight from the Mac and cheese thank god I didn’t eat it. And the receipt said scan the QR code we value your opinion but the QR code is cut off. They know it’s awful I have never felt so disrespected and discriminated in my life.
