Catching an early morning flight, we stopped in to have breakfast. My meal, 2 eggs, potatoes, bacon and toast was terrific. My family (3 other adults) had 2 breakfast tacos and potatoes meals. Everyone enjoyed their meal. It was pricey for what we got, but probably cheaper than buying breakfast in Punta Cana and making a stop before we got to our resort. We also had 3 soft drinks and a coffee (did not even take more than a sip of the gross coffee, which was $5.)Total was $117 after a tip.

Service was fast, prices are reasonable for the quality, and overall it’s a place you’ll definitely want to visit again.

When my wife and I arrived, we noticed that several items were missing from the menu—there were no french fries, egg rolls, or soups, and the drinks didn’t have prices. Honestly, it was a mess. Even so, our server, Cynthia R., provided excellent service. She was kind, we loved her initiative, and she truly made the experience worth it.

With the right order this can be an enjoyable place to spend time in the airport. It gets crowded intermittently. The chips and salsa was great but the fajitasnwere just ok. Loved the beers on tap.

Enjoyed great tasty chicken dippers served up hot and with tasty sides. This was a great way to relax in great surroundings before our flight. Our server was really nice and worked very hard to make everyone feel welcome. Im sorry I didnt get her name.

Literally just walked out with an order of boneless Nashville hot chicken wings and holy crap am I impressed! These wings are so delicious. Super flavourful and so tender. The ranch is top notch. Service was great too didn’t wait more than 10 mins for my order. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. I think I have a new go-to spot when I’m at MIA 🙂

Worst experience ever!! I know they have 2 the one I
Went to was in concourse D. We walked up place wasn’t busy we had and hour and 45mins till our flight boarded and it was right next to our gate. We were seated but when we asked for the half booth due to having carry ons he gave us an attitude and said that table was for 4 people not 2. But I seen plenty of others sitting at full booths only 2 people. We sat down he walked away no menu no drink order no instructions… we finally seen on the table there was a thing you scan it was covered by something and we didnt see it at first. We tried to order multiple times and it would not go through we tried to get the waiters attention and was completely ignored 35-40 mins later I finally got it to go through and got his attention and he said it didn’t go through I explained we have been here all this time and we don’t even have drinks you didnt even check to see if we needed help or had an issue… he was fine with all the other tables that spoke Spanish but I guess because my husband is white and we look American we didnt matter.. he finally said he would take our order and then walked about and was like 3 ft from the register in front of us an said oh it did go through….. mind you we are almost there an hour at this point no drinks nothing… so he brings my husband his lemonade finally and when I asked about my water which i paid $6 for (airport prices whatever)and a glass of ice he told me to just grab it off of the table next to us and he would bring me ice so these bottles that are just sitting on random tables I dont know if someone opened it and you just want me to grab it.. then he finally brings our food which was messed up and tasted awful. And the bill with a tip on it another spot to add a tip I can tell you he didnt even deserve what was on there and honestly if we weren’t delayed so much from all the issues I would have spoke to the manager my husband was sick the whole flight from the Mac and cheese thank god I didn’t eat it. And the receipt said scan the QR code we value your opinion but the QR code is cut off. They know it’s awful I have never felt so disrespected and discriminated in my life.

Our Waitress was Aniela R. She took a long time to take our order. And when we got our food it was cold. She never came back to offer refills. We had to ask the bus boy. We were charged for refills and a 18 % gratuity for four people. The service is horrible because they get the gratuity charged regardless. So they don’t have to worry about their tips. We will never be back to that place. I thought chilis was better then this. I noticed other reviews keep saying they strive to make things better and offer to look into it. It’s obvious they really don’t. Maybe a call to corporate would help.

They should be charged with a crime. It is unconscionable the way they rig the ordering and payment barcode to produce a check that deviously, intentionally, and cleverly attempts to trick the customers into tipping 40%. If you don’t read thru the check in detail before paying, you would logically think you’re paying the expected bill with a customary tip. WRONG! They are absolutely despicable.
