Update: Charming, peaceful, very clean, and very friendly and attentive staff. I enjoyed the new set-up – it looks like this is another jewel in New Albany’s crown. The chicken salad was superb with fruit and nuts, and the unsweetened tea was delicious. Highly Recommend.

This place is great. Friendly staff. Service is always the best. Can’t go wrong with any of their sandwiches. The milkshakes are awesome. The atmosphere is very nostalgic. Like an old soda fountain.

I visited the place for the first time, and it is amazing. The staff is so friendly. I ordered strawberry milkshake it was delicious and the price was good. I’m gonna go again maybe to try their food.

This is a very special place tucked in the middle of downtown New Albany. Their prices are just slightly on the high side for certain things, like ice cream sandwiches, but I’m a serious cheapo, so my judgement is harsher than most. Their candies are remarkably low prices for a large variety that brought back so many memories for me….Their goods are neat and diverse. I sincerely must-see stop for those looking to explore or just satisfy their sweet tooth…. 5 stars.
