**Plastic bag found cooked inside pizza.** Do not go here. If you insist on going, check all food for foreign objects. Imagine giving this to your young child.
The manager asked if I’d like a refund. There are systemic issues with this restaurant, and unfortunately, it’s not safe for me or my family to eat at this Little Caesars anymore. I suggest the Papa John’s or Domino’s nearby.

I ordered two pizzas with the app. Both were done very quickly which leads me to believe all they did was have hot and ready ones and just transferred them to the area where I’m supposed to pick them up.
Both pizzas were under cooked and the middle was so thin it fell to pieces when trying to pull them apart.
This is the second bad experience I’ve had with this particular location. I will likely go elsewhere to pick up pizza.
The second experience involved one of the cashiers at the counter. I paid in cash and thought it was extremely peculiar that the gentleman handed me my change, didn’t tell me what the change amount was and didn’t hand me a receipt or ask if I wanted one. I was in a hurry and left but when I got home, I thought a little further on the experience and noticed the cashier shorted me $1. I thought about calling but didn’t really dwell on it enough to do anything about it since it would just be my word against theirs and I had no receipt.

I come here almost once a week every week because the store is so close to my house and on the way to my job. I always get the slices and sticks and it’s usually pretty consistently good however, today on Sunday February 18 the slices and sticks I was served at 12:30 PM was the best I have ever ordered. The guy working the drive-through window was friendly and nice and this pizza is absolute fire.

The food is good, don’t get me wrong. The service has so much left to be imagined. Multiple times, my wife has called ahead almost 40 minutes and after arriving, it’s still not even close to being done. Mind you, my wife and I eat plain cheese and pepperoni. Your ENTIRE slogan, is Hot and Ready, time to change it to Incorrect and Late. Then, on multiple occasions we will order over the phone, arrive to pick up the food and items are just fully missing from the order. Then, because it’s not ready and incomplete, my wife and I have to go all the way to the back of the line, just to sit through it again for another 10 minutes because we can’t wait for for our items. Do better, buttsniffers.
Update: The review I wrote, was after my wife is bringing home the food, we opened it, the order was completely wrong for both pizzas. Come on maaaaaaan

Ordered food for pick up. One pizza and one Italian cheese bread. It took 40 minutes! I went around a total of 3 times to the drive thru. Each time the estimate was another 8-10 minutes. They were apologetic but had no explanation. I saw at least 4 staff members working.

Ordered puffs and they were totally sunk in; basically hallowed out muffins. On top of that they said they couldnt do anything for me because i was complaining the next day (i am from out of town and was just stopping by) and said it was just because the puffs are “weird”. Ordered a couple pizzas and asked for one to be well done, however it was barely done. I had to put the pizza in my oven to complete the cooking process. I understand that special requests are frustrating and the fact that the staff acted as if I was bothering them when I picked up my order, I have no other choice but to assume that it ticked off the person that prepared my pizza that I asked for it to be “Well Done” and they showed me by barley cooking it. I think if we want Little Caesars we will just go to Go Time next time. Even though the by pass location is much closer, we will never go there again.

The guy who came to the counter was just very strange. They wouldn’t sell me a side of the pretzel pizza cheese. Because the owners said no they aren’t doing that. Ok no big deal I guess. Then I got my fresh made pretzel pizza that I get anytime it’s available. And it had no pretzel salt on it. The cheese was very sloppy. Lile it just wasn’t good
