This is my 1st time trying Bo Jangles and I liked it. I got a Nice sized chicken sandwich that came with a pickle tasted good. I got 3 chicken tenders , they were nice and crunchy. The fries were big and I liked those. I also tried the Mac and cheese and it was good. For my sauces I got Bo sauce and a hot peach sauce that was very tasty ! I washed it down with a fountain drink.. The sauces that I was given were big! I enjoyed Bo Jangles

Well, that is an hour and a half of my life I will never get back. A steady stream of cars went through the drive through while a handful of us waited for more than an hour inside to get our meals. When our order finally came out, several items were missing, including our French fry and the dressing for my salad. My salad also arrived without cucumbers and without cheese.
When we went up to ask for the missing items, the staff acted as if we were making it up and asked to see the food. We waited another five minutes just to get one fry. I had to repeat my request for dressing several times before someone finally handed it to me, and then I was told they were out of cucumbers. I had to ask again for the cheese, and once more they wanted to see the salad, as if I would lie about that.
It was very clear that the staff was not prepared for the amount of customers, and that reflects directly on management for creating such a poor first impression. The fries were stale and overcooked. The grilled chicken did taste good, but it was nowhere near worth the wait.
Too long, did not read: Do not waste your time. The service is bad and the food is mediocre.

I’m a little biased because I am a fan of Bojangles from having it previously and I was excited they were opening one up near me. However, I was worried when I saw the negative reviews. After going for myself, I can say personally I had a pleasant experience. I ordered inside and despite it being moderately busy, I got my meal really quick (felt like maybe 3 minutes). Overall, I can say the food lived up to my previous Bojangles experience (which is good)! The portion was respectable and it was a good temperature. Finally, I thought the restaurant was clean and the staff were nice. I would recommend trying it for yourself and I will be coming back to this Bojangles again, though probably not soon because I got a 5 piece and I need time to recover.

Okay, where do I start? Food ….. I asked for bo rounds and got a hand full of bottom of the barrel fries! As shown in the picture they were HARD AND STALE! my chicken biscuit was dry…. the chicken and the biscuit. Peach cobbler eeeeeeeyuk! Tasted like canned peaches it was very tart I took two bites and TRASHED IT! Mac and cheese was like a soup! No flavor! Bo berry biscuits were hard as a rock and a bit burnt! My partner had the dirty rice and tenders she said that they were good but she eats anything honestly!
Service…. wasn’t bad for the type of crowd that we ran into…. we did have to clean our own table though! I would suggest someone in the lobby wiping tables and making sure the trash is taken out.

This was opening weekend. Yes the wait was long but the food was great and the staff was friendly. I am so excited to have a bojangles in south west florida being a Carolina girl originally. We will definitely come back.
