The owner here needs to hire more employees or shut it down. Food is always 30 minutes to an hour late for pickup, and even when you’re standing there, they prioritize orders that nobody is there to pickup yet. This isn’t a worker problem, they are doing the best they can with the demand, this is an owner/management problem, or should I say a poor owner/management problem.

Faith and the team are phenomenal every time I visit this location. This evening I witnessed first hand what a true customer service experience means. I watched as Faith greeted each person as an individual. How she spoke with kindness and respect. How she remembered the names of repeat customers and how she displayed true compassion to a homeless man who came in. THAT is what we all should model ourselves after. As a minister, administrator and person of the community this truly made my heart happy on a not so bright day. Keep up the great work Faith and crew ❤️

Pizza Hut on fifth Avenue is really a good Pizza Hut. I travel to many of them throughout Pittsburgh city and Reli couldn’t find a good a good one that had great service great food and a great atmosphere and I found one here in city Pittsburgh Pizza Hut on fifth Avenue is great The way they work with you as a customer. I really enjoy and I appreciate the kind and friendly fast service. Faith faith is amazing. I really do appreciate her. She has wonderful customer service skills and great management skills as well and Lena. She’s also awesome too. I’ll continue to be back as long as you exist. Don’t fit five let’s go fifth Avenue.

Order the big new Yorker and boy was it sad dry hard barley cheese on the pizza no cuppie pepperoni barley had pineapple in order for the second topping which they charged me even the there was no cuppie pepperoni barley so I asked can I substitute with pineapple they said extra charge now I did call back and the did give me credit but now that I’ve been calling for over the past half hour no one and I mean no one has answered the phone because the Pizza Hut call center does not deal with at store credit orders over the phone so now I have to get up and drive to the location to order my food when simply they could’ve answered the phone and I see by reviews they have trouble answering thanks for your time other than that customer service is great with the ladies there

I usually get dominos but have moved to a location they don’t serve. I ordered from this Pizza Hut yesterday and it is hands down the worse crap I’ve ever been served in my entire life. I work in the food service industry and am very understanding and lenient. This is the first negative review I’ve ever been compelled to write. My BBQ chicken pizza I was looking forward to was horrible. It has little to no sauce and was as thin as a sheet of paper. I’ve never been so disappointed in the food I received. Straight trash.

So when I placed my order through the app I had no idea I was going to get this location. Usually I get the one on Baum Blvd. Unfortunately I got the location with the lowest ratings and after receiving my food I see why their rating was so low. So I ordered the bundle deal with two medium pizzas, order of breadsticks, garlic parmasean boneless wings and I added a two litter of soda. Let me tell you first of all the food was cold. Second both pizzas tasted old the garlic parmasean wings were salty and hard and the breadsticks were practically burnt. I hate wasting food so we ate some of it but most of all I hate wasting money. That was not worth it. The warm soda was better than the meal. Being apart of the pizza hut chain you guys have got to do better. Cook like you care as if this was your food. Put some love into it and stop wasting people’s hard earned money. I’ll NEVER order from this location again!
