Always good, reliable service. I’ve been coming to this store for the last eight years, never once has there been a problem. Service is always kind and friendly. It’s always good to find places like these that are still local and have massive chain names attached. Best Dairy Queen ever. They are smaller and have less menu items than the one up the street, but it is always worth the extra mile to interact with the friendly staff.

Dear Dairy Queen,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my experience today, March 20, 2025, at your Flatrock, MI store during the Dairy Queen National Cone Day promotion. My family and I decided to visit your establishment specifically because of the widespread advertising of this event on social media and in your stores.
Unfortunately, our visit was marred by the poor attitude of an older white female employee who attended us. When I ordered a small cone, she was exceptionally stingy with the serving and made a point of rolling her eyes at me. She continued to act rudely, mean-mugging every customer she served. Despite my generous donation, which exceeded the value of a small cone, her behavior remained unacceptable.
I hope you will take appropriate action to address this employee’s behavior and ensure that future customers do not have to endure such a negative experience.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I would.
Owner was charging people for free cone day. It was supposed to be a free small chocolate or vanilla cone and she said people had to give donations to get one.
That’s not what Dairy queen advertised.
It was only supposed to be a $1 donation if you got it dipped in cherry or cotton candy Just like the franchise and corporate posted.
This owner is a scammer.
We ended up giving $5 which is very generous and she was still very rude about it.

As a Doordash delivery aggravating when they put customers cups in the bag so they call roll around. They put the products in a bag that is already sealed up!! When your putting products in the bag can you make sure its more secure!!!

That old lady is extremely rude and many others in the neighborhood have similar experiences with her. It is sad that my family, friends, & neighbors have also had bad experiences with her. We will no longer be coming to this location because of this lady and many others have already stopped coming to this location

The “Manager” (i use that term loosely) that drives the white Ram was late which i get! But then was rude ontop of that when we were just patiently waiting in front. The younger girl who served us after we went for a walk was very nice though. 5* on atmosphere for the park
