Despite us being a 5-6 minute drive from the store, the pizza and tots were no longer hot by the time they got to my place. The pizza had a hint of sauce on it and the tot cheese was burnt. I called to complain cause I was hungry and disappointed, but the man on the phone explained he made the pizza and remembered putting on sauce. Left pics below to show how sad it was. RIP sauce He offered a free pizza but tbh, my boyfriend and I don’t want to claim it because we don’t want to eat there again. Would’ve rather been offered a refund.

So ordered online first mistake did not read the reviews 3.7 average second mistake should of stayed with my pizza place i like but Domino’s had a deal and a good one the pizza is disgusting ordered jalepeno got like 6slices for the whole pizza and all the pineapple on 1 slice with a scattered few sauce very over spiced pizza greasy and dry and doughy quality at the same time dont know how thats possible the quality check is a joke delivery tracker is a good tool cuz they almost delivered my pizza to a different home I had to call (i was hangry) the restaurant because it said my delivery is complete finally got my pizza and it was disappointing.. and yes we ate it cuz it was dinner

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Jessica and Steven – they are absolutely amazing! I placed a big order just 10 minutes before closing, and they handled it with such kindness and professionalism. Not only did they complete the order without any complaints, but they were genuinely friendly and welcoming the entire time. You can really tell they love what they do. This is a pizza that was delivered by Uber Eats from the Dominos on Washington. When we mistakingly called the store for a replacement, we were given a big hassle from the manager, Milissa about replacing it. After a second attempt at talking to her to get this resolved, there was still not a resolution to the issue. We were told it would be over an hour to get us another because of all the other orders in front of us. I think there were many ways to handle this, and she chose to defend a lousy product, blame Uber for the pizza and the substandard food. If this is the quality they produce and the attitude they have towards customers, I would certainly not recommend ordering from them.

Two separate occasions…. Last two visits. Beyond nasty. They literally do not know how to make pizza at this location, the employees are not trained and clueless, not to mention many are rude.

Hey are hardly every on time my order said it was ready and I made sure I gave it another 5 minutes before I went in the guy behind the counter said 5 minutes I waited and then 12 minutes passed by no one said anything I had to say again how long for my order they the guy paused made me uncomfortable then went to the back without saying anything then comes back and he says 7 minutes not okay man I hope you remember me
