That has got to be hands down the worst chicken wings I have tasted. The chicken was cold in the middle and the breading was crisped to a point just before blackening. The sauce was just some more oil poured on before a skimpy amount of lemon pepper seasoning was applied. The fries were greasy, soggy, and lukewarm at best. The staff was nice. And the order was served quick. But the quality was just. Not. There.

If you are not getting a sub from the grill. There is no need to go. I’ve been going to try wings for 3 months. They never have any but today they had without bone. They say in the tray for my 25 minute wait. They was cold and the fries was already made which was cold to and then she said there drink machine was down and they was out of lemonade. Awful

Do not get in line if you are in a hurry. They are SLOW. I just spent 30 minutes in line then another 10 to get my food. All the other places were quick and moving people thru. The wings had a funny taste. I believe the fryer oil was past its prime. Not going to be a repeat customer.

Came into this place to order a sandwich for my sister and lord this is what they gave me alone with some cold French Fries. I will never order again from this place. The staff were nasty and rude and they were treating me like I work there. If you are in the need of a sandwich and want it from Charley’s I suggest you try them during lunch, because if you go anytime you are going to get cold French Fries and a sandwich that looks like it came out of your lunch box. When visiting this place you need to be beware and check your food. STAY AWAY

Grand opening in Dothan, AL. Spent $60 on 3 large cheesesteaks and 3 fries. Every single thing was wrong. And only got 3 small cheesesteaks. The absolute worst most incompetent employees.

Have had Charley’s in multiple states and on multiple military bases and I have never seen a Charley’s restaurant this problematic. I LOVE Charley’s but this specific location is not it. I have come here multiple times and every time it’s the same thing. They consistently do not have fries or lemonade available doesn’t matter day of the week or time of day. If you come after 1pm lunch rush all of a sudden the lemonade machine is broken and they can’t make fries. Worst quality Charley’s sandwich I’ve ever had. The customer service is horrendous and the store has always been trashed. Also this store doesn’t take or participant Charley’s Rewards. It’s a stark contrast to the Qdoba next door which shows it’s possible to keep a clean kitchen, and have hot food.

This place is hit or miss. I love eating at Charley’s but not so much here at FT Rucker. I’ve been here for 6 months now. The first few weeks, I came here to eat several times but each time it just kept getting worse. Now, it’s almost the last place I’ll go and eat at.
There were times when I walk up to order, only one ordering, and it’s like I’m not there. They keep talking to each other, though they saw me walk up. It’s like they have to finish up on talking about their lives or other people and then they can help you. it’s my lunch break…I don’t have time for you guys to finish. I need my food so I can go back to work.
Also, when they cut up my steak, then cut up someone else’s raw chicken, then go back to fixing up my steak…I’m pretty sure that’s a health violation and dangerous. They preach that you never cross contaminate but these folks do. I just pray that the spatula they are using is super hot and kills the salmonella.
Also, if I get the special fries that come with ranch on it…I don’t need 80% ranch, and 10% fries. I like ranch on my fries but not drowning in ranch so much it comes out of the to go carrier box. Then I have to toss them in the garbage.
The folks here need real management or a better supervisor. Cause at the moment, I know myself and others where I work, will not go back. Places like this need to get away with hooking friends and family up. That’s all I see on Ft Rucker and probably why most things go down hill. I know they might be your cousin or brother but if they can’t do the job…fire them.
